It was nice. We do not gamble, not sure it was the right property for us in the winter time. We would have enjoyed the property more if it would have been with the pools open.
The lighting in the rooms were dim, especially the bathroom. Kind of odd. Clean and safe.
I came here for my birthday during Christmas for 5 days. From start to finish I loved everything about this place. The service from everyone was incredible! The hotel is located at the back of the resort away from the buzz of the casino which was nice.
I ate at all but 1 of the restaurants and the food and service it was amazing. I only had issue with one of the waitresses who was very dismissive and seemed as if she didn't want to be there but, she didn't ruin my experience. I didn't get to enjoy the pool because of the milder weather but I did enjoy the spa! My massage was AMAZING! The facility was clean and I was able to enjoy the jacuzzi was relaxing. It was located right off the women's locker room and only able to be used by women which was nice.
I don't enjoy gambling so I didn't visit the casino. Overall, my stay was incredible you will not be disappointed.
This is your friendly Neighbour- Kathryn, a Canadian ✌
Our travels through the USA were disappointing and shameful. We were offended at the number to service employees arrogant behaviors and comments regarding but not limited to current political conflict USA.
We won't be bullied and we won't be traveling to the USA. And NO
It's not " funny" that the USA has threatened to use economic and or military force to annex our country.
Well run resort with lovely pools and views from each room. Although I don’t gamble, I appreciated the open restaurants and amenities. Will return often.
The resort is a great place to stay but is obviously geared toward casino customers. The restaurants had very loud music playing all the time. The staff were very good to deal with.
Beautiful setting and views are stunning☀️Food is delicious, lovely native american art collection on display. Slots are plentiful, relaxed comfortable feeling
Until someone hits it big😎
Easy place to hang out and play golf at for a few days. More casual eating locations would be great. The lighting in the rooms is pretty abrasive - annoying LED spot lights. Clean and roomy for the price though.
Whereas the property and room was phenomenal, the customer service is an embarrassment. From the get go, while checking in at 1:53, the receptionist tells me there's a $20 early check in fee. Check in was 2:00. I joked that I was going to stall for 7 minutes and she asked if I wanted to stand aside until 2:00. Seriously? A first time visitor and you're that adamant about my $20 as a first impression? Aside from her, the bartenders were absolutely miserable. No personality, no eye contact, no apology while I waited ten minutes as the only one in line for a beer. Our waitress at the Cantina was terrific - very nice and cared about her work. The cleaning crew were all pleasant. The "suits" on the floor, didn't care. They only seemed to interact with the regulars. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Overall experience was very disappointing by simply feeling unwelcomed.
