Quite far away from Subway with no direct connection with underground runway or shopping. Rooms are safe and clean though.Buffet breakfast is surprisingly good with many options. Staff friendly but not very helpful in front desk.

This is a great hotel with great rooms and location. The staff overall was good and helpful but some staff were not as pleasant ( scolding us when we couldnt find our room key!).

Stayed in Sapporo for a few nights and had a fabulous stay. Room was great and Onsen was amazing. only thing the hotel lacked was an onsite bar. Breakfast was expensive so we ate elsewhere. Would stay here again as very convient for station and ski bus

Arrived around 12 noon Upon check in the staff have really limited English and communication was not good, couple of the stuff kept on repeating I do not speak English. the onsen was broken and we asked the staff to call us when room is ready the response is just come back at 3pm basically “we don’t want to call”The is limited option in the room including a safe was asked to put things in the onsen locker which closed due to maintenance not direction in the hotel. Would not come back again

An elegant and gorgeous hotel with fantastic service located near a conbini around one corner and an Italian place around the other. The rooms look wonderful and the onsen is majestic. I strongly recommend staying here, especially during the winter for a beautiful view of the snow covered city.

Check for mold around the metal parts of the window frame in the hotel room. The extremely cold air causes condensation to build up on these areas. Also, a regular inspection beneath the tubs in hotel rooms would be advised. The space in between the edge of the tub and the wall is not sealed and may build up moisture under the tub.

The location is very good and the property is well maintained. Only complaint was the gentleman at front desk that I asked about the spa he was not very patient and does not want me to finish talking before he talks. Very rare for a Japanese to behave like that.

Overall nice to stay in and staffs were kind enough for no complaints. Minor but some staffs cannot speak English that I had a hard time since she kept on speaking Japanese. Besides than nice and convenient!!

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, very helpful and attentive. The location is a 10min walk to Sapporo station, and close to many tourist attractions. I loved the hot tub and its rest area has cityscape views, free drinks and popsicles. The room also has beautiful cityscapes. Excellent stay
