One of my faourite stay in Bali
The Oberoi hotel is amazing and one of my favourite stay so far after mutliple trips to Bali. The attention to details and the services is top notch! This would be a perfect place for families and couples to relax. The location is also very convenient. One thing I would suggest is to provide mosquito nets over bed in the bedrooms and also there are also frequent mosquito at the bar/breakfast area at night. The hotel has already done their best effort but maybe this is something that they can look into to make it even more perfect!! thank you Oberoi Bali!

Service and room comfort are top tier. It is also in a prime location for Seminyak (walking distance to cafes, beach bars, malls, etc.). My one complaint- there is sewage runoff that flows into the ocean near the lobby, which gives off an unpleasant smell. They burn incense in this area to cover it up, but it is quite potent. Luckily, our room wasn’t near this and we were able to enjoy our stay. I do think this is common for Seminyak beach hotels and would still recommend staying here.

An amazing safe haven for our family stay. We had everything we needed, the pool, grounds, bars, super comfy beds and breakfast on the beach it’s all amazing. It does get better, the Staff are world class with their service, remembering our names at breakfast, leaving for a tour or by the pool…We were greeted and pampered to the highest levels every minute without it being over the top. We cannot wait to return next year.

Unsurpassed - a wonderful intimate resort. The staff were friendly and kind. The inclusions stand the Resort out from other resorts. Each day at the pool we were provided with Easter, sunscreen, hydration spray. We were given treats - fruits, gelato etc every hour from 12 until 4pm then afternoon tea and entrainment. The food at the restaurants was delicious and the views were divine. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. We left feeling like we were part of a family.
