I had a wonderful stay at the Westin Dragonara. The property is beautiful, very clean and well-kept. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I ordered room service twice - the food arrived in good time, was tasty and a good portion size. The staff collected the dishes after I was done. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the staff were keen to help however they could. I can’t think of anything to suggest to make it better. Thank you for a lovely time.

My first time in Malta. The people were warm and friendly. Made us feel like we were home. The food was beyond 5 stars. The gentlaman who made my omlet in the morning was so friendly and I loved speaking to him. I never had to leave the resort. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Excellent hotel. They gave us rooms next to each other as we had two bookings. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were polite and excellent service provided. Our experience is probably a one-off but it doesn't offset the subpar experience. First of all, I want to say the staff were amazing and were responsive. I assume they did all they could in their power but I don't know that all of them did this. The front desk staff that worked the late night shifts for sure did. So this was much appreciated and probably the only reason I'd return. Second, the room we were given had a bunch of issues, from a safe that didn't work, poor water pressure, a sink that wouldn't drain, dirty towels, no hot water, and worst of all bugs. The bugs were the final straw and only once this was brought to their attention did they change our room. The room they moved us to was not the same type of room and no reimbursement was even issued. For the price paid and the 5 star rating of this property they fell way short of what was expected. It was unacceptable.

We liked the hotel. The staff is super supportive. Breakfast had extensive food options. The hotel is perfectly located for transport links and has many restaurants and eateries nearby. Recommended.

What a great property! Everything at this property was wonderful, right from our arrival to departure. Started with the helpful doorman to the custom welcome letter and chocolates. The rooms were clean and spacious. The room was quiet and had great sea and pool views. The food, especially breakfast buffet was superlative. Staff was super friendly, professional and helpful. They even threw in free late check-out. The decor and ambience was opulent. Thanks for a great stay.

Wow! This anniversary celebration was amazing and I can hardly wait to revisit! We shopped, we ate, we saw, we did but The Westin was the highlight with the Luxury Suite Balcony beach view with breakfast leaving us wanting more. The staff was kind and the trip was amazing!! Definitely revisiting and staying here once again!!

The Weston Dragonara was a great stay for a late autumn getaway. The facilities throughout the hotel were great and all staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The area around the hotel has great restaurants and nightlife and is well-connected by public transport so makes for a great hub from which to explore Malta!

A wonderful accomodation property with friendly staff. A superb breakfast buffet. Very well appointed rooms. Excellent location for local restaurants and night life if that is your thing.
