「住宿環境棒，我們是8人同遊，住的是55樓的4房公寓，前後看景，有海景有街景很棒，但是可能太多人訂了所以有些門把有鬆動，但是當我下樓通知櫃檯時5分鐘後馬上有人上來維修，服務很好，還有，微波爐沒有中文說明，不懂得如何使用」

「我們在這邊住6個晚上，因為飯店只能每3天清潔整理房間，對於有帶小孩，垃圾量較多的家庭比較不那麼好，後來有去前台要求能多清潔一天，前台反應需要加錢。除此之外，地點很久。房間很大，景色很好。」

「隔音滿糟的，晚上睡覺還聽的到樓上腳步聲，唱生日快樂聲音，裝潢設計是約30年前的設計，房間門還不能關上，壞掉了，停車位是要另收20au的，乾淨度是好的，距離海邊很近，但不會在去住了，圖片跟現場有差別」

「It's a great place to stay. The bedroom is spacious and clean, and the bed is really comfy. As for the other facilities, it has everything that one expects to find. We can easily travel to anywhere since it's across the tram station. Plus, the receptionists are wonderful and are willing to give us assistance whenever needed. It's definitely our first choice to stay if we visit Gold Coast again.」

「Our family of 4 staying for 3 nights in the middle of our driving trip from Sydney to Brisbane. Great location, with steps away from beach. However, we forgot an iPAD during our stay as we suddenly found this out while we are on plane back home. We then called to hotel and up to now 3 days after coming back we still didn't heard back from them. This is a first time I had such a scenario as I am a frequent flyer internationally and having tens of trips per year. 」

「The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed...

「We paid for an ocean view but it’s actually blocked by a nearby tall building. Filter of the dryer constantly comes off during work so the lints are everywhere. Elevator and AC systems are old. No internet in master bedroom. But really big TV in the living room is a plus.」

「Spacious apartment and equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy. Magnificent view of the sea and beach at balcony. Heated pool and a small gym room are available. Free parking. Very near to Broadbeach and and Pacific Fair shopping mall.」
