「I enjoyed the stay. The room was quiet, the bathroom was new, check in was quick, the price was very good, bar was comfortable, drinks were not expensive. Didn't have breakfast. If you are looking for romantic stay then this is not the place but i think it was good and has character.」

「We stayed for 2 nights after our son's wedding on Saturday 1st.Feb.The whole day of the wedding was amazing and the meal was fabulous.The next day we just relaxed and had a beautiful meal in the evening,it was a great weekend and we will return soon for another wee break..」

「Hotel is in a lovely location, we were lucky to get a view of the gardens (not the car park). Room was comfortable and clean, we were disappointed with the bathroom, there is mould on the ceiling and the shower mixer tap had the central section missing which would have shown how it worked (room 8 on group floor. Service in the bar was good, bar area was comfortable. Food was OK at dinner, disappointed with my breakfast order of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs as the eggs were dry and over...

「Lives up to it's rating. Looks like the rooms may have been refurbished recently? Carpet looked brand news, beds felt brand new. Faultless stay. Can't comment on breakfast, didnt pay for it. If you live gin the bar has a massive selection and lots of other options. Didnt eat in the restaurant but it was busy which is a good sign.Room was quiet, clean, comfortable, window could open for air, radiator could be adjusted so it was never too hot or cold. Staff were all excellent. Great value. 」

「Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. 」

「Clean and tidy room. had everything you could need but no staff on site during our stay and would stay again. no breakfast offer (obviously as no staff) but all else was good and would stay again. Good location for town shops etc.」

「Fantastic stay, got caught there during the storm and staff couldn’t have done anymore, made sure we were comfortable , happy, feed and watered, they were wonderful. Also keeping us updated on weather situations as they arose. 」
