Property is well located but they need to improve a few areas, such as: old bed sheets that need to be replaced, all units have balcony but none has tables and chairs, I would enjoy sit in the balcony to enjoy the sunset but wasn’t able to. Restroom shower is outdated.

The staff was absolutely amazing; extremely helpful and friendly. The property is outdated. The shower splashed water everywhere, the toilet clogged easily, the tv stopped working… great location - but needs an update.

Cheguei no hotel por volta de meia-noite. Quando me instalei no quarto, não conseguia ligar a tv pq não tinha controle remoto. Tentei ligar para a recepção, mas o telefone não funcionava. Desci e pedi um controle remoto. Me disseram que eu tinha que trocar de quarto para usar a TV. Resultado, cheguei cansado e tive que mudar de quarto, pq não quiseram pegar o controle remoto de outra TV ( detalhe: eram da mesma marca) Prejuízo para o hotel, que bloqueou um quarto, e desconforto para mim.
