While the hotel is nice enough and family room is spacious, it has nothing to do with Bordeaux being located 20-min car ride away in the outskirts and has really limited options around even for meals.

The hotel rooms were basic, our garden view was gravel and a dirty hut. The hot water was a trickle. This hotel is in the Premier Inn type but is extremely poor in comparison. Nowhere to sit with other guests except an eating area. Breakfast was very basic and poor and very bad value for 12 Euros

We had to switch rooms because our AC was not working. In the new room the bathroom was dirty and the shower had cracks in it. Hard to get an Uber out to the hotel, so recommend having your own car. Got the breakfast once, but quantity of food (food not restocked) was limited.

Hotel Reception seems to be run by untrained children & their response to Room 22 shower drain being foul smelling was: "so what". Their response to wanting to speak to the Manager was: "he's not available but here's his phone number"- to people who're on holiday!! Never again.

Journeying through France, I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the main southerly route, and not in the town of Bordeaux. We walked to a pizzaria and both thoroughly enjoyed their products

Great location on the Voie Verte and so easy to cycle into Bordeaux and in the other direction into the country side, vineyards etc. Parking very easy and close to motorways. Pool was excellent. Property well maintained and clean, staff very friendly. Room was good.

Nice place to stop over
Located very near the motorway (not right beside it though) so very useful if needing a stop over on route. Lovely, clean and friendly. Great recommendations from staff for local restaurants within walking distance. Parking was secure and locked overnight.
