I did not Like that neither bedroom had a tv and we are night tv watchers plus we have always had tvs when we stayed there. We were also missing linens and soap. Other than that we love it there and know we only want to stay in room 407.

Large apartment living- conveniently located to most venues and restaurants. Parking was a bit complicated and total cost after parking and pet fee was about double the cost from what I booked. Once I figured everything out, I was very pleased.

Weird checkin process. Reservation was for Roost, but they usher you to The May, which is actually a different address. Confusing layout and poor or nonexistent signage from parking. Asked if I can checkin at 3pm and was told “no problem”, but room wasn’t even ready at 4pm. Room was very nice and clean.

The Roost was absolutely amazing. My wife and I was completely blown away when we walked into the room. Such a great experience. Asia was very helpful at the front desk and although she mentioned she was new to the job she was very helpful, nice, and pleasant to work with. In addition everyone else we came across was helpful as well.
