Pros - Close to train station. (Approx 5 min walk) Lots of food options around. Close to supermarkets Room was comfortable and clean Staff is very helpful. Cons - Street is rather noisy after dark.

The staff that worked the front desk on the night of our arrival and the following day @0700 through when we left at 2330 provided exceptional service. They went above and beyond our expectations and we so appreciated it. Wish there were more urban lofts in other locations

The hotel itself was lovely: modern, clean, with friendly, helpful staff. We had to request an accessible room at short notice and that was particularly good. Parking is limited though, and while its location is really convenient for the old town, it’s in a somewhat undesirable neighbourhood. But the price does reflect this.

This hotel was perfect for our recent stay for the Christmas markets. The room was clean, shower facilities were brilliant and the staff were so helpful as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel for others. Short walk from the Dom and the main train station too which makes easier for travel days

very nice hotel with friendly staff. we appreciated the free water in the lobby. we came in early from our flight and they were able to check us in at around 1pm. breakfast was just okay. our room was facing the railroad but wasn’t really bothered by its noise. however, the walls are a bit thin and we can hear the neighbors slamming doors and whatnot. other than that, our stay was peaceful. the neighborhood was nice and felt safe even when walking at night. the walk to the train station was short and easy. we were there for the Christmas markets and since the cathedral is close to the train station, it was always a nice walk and we would use the main train station to get to the other markets without a hitch. would definitely stay here again.
