"(Review following one night stay on 10/02/25) Staff were very friendly and helpful. They get 6 stars (if that were possible!). Nicely placed, not too far from Queensway underground train station, with the park just a little way down the road. Price could not be beaten and considering what you normally pay in London, very good value. However, would highlight that the property is currently undergoing building works / renovations, so there was building work noise from 8.00am - if I were a late sleeper, might have been miffed."

"My stay at this hotel was perfect. The staff was very helpful at all times. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the food was consistent every day. The rooms were fine, cleaned everyday...the beds were super comfortable. It is situated in a convenient location to use a variety of public transportation. It was a great base for our trip throughout southern England."
