The only thing I can think of that may need attention is that the bathtub in our room need to be updated and a larger range of tv stations. Our remote in the room did not work well.

"This is a clean, comfortable, beautifully designed hotel. My complaint is that upon check in I was informed that there is an additional $35 per night "Urban Fee". Just didn't sit well with me and I thought it was quite dishonest to spring on a guest."
