From the moment we arrived at Nikki Beach Koh Samui, we felt like VIPs. The property is absolutely stunning, with an unparalleled level of luxury and attention to detail. The in-room dining was truly exceptional – some of the finest we've ever experienced. And the convenience of direct pool access from our room, complete with a private lounge area balcony, was pure bliss. But the most unforgettable part of our stay was our engagement on the beach. Nikki Beach provided the perfect backdrop for this special moment, creating a memory that will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Nikki Beach Resort “Koh Samui” is the finest, most friendly, well run resort that I have ever visited. I have visited a few resorts too. The staff and management are so efficient and kind, the Western World could learn a lot from the beautiful, generous, gracious Thai people!

Nikki Beach 2 Bed Villa
The Nikki Beach Resort is in a beautiful location. We were lucky enough to have a two bed villa that overlooked the sea, had its own pool and it was fabulous. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Upon arriving at the hotel, I have to stay it didn’t fill me with confidence, the curb appeal isn’t the greatest for a five star hotel, there seems to be no service entrance so workers are constantly in and out. The check in procedure was far too long, especially considering we arrived at 3:30pm, and we were growing impatient, plus the welcome drink wasn’t the best (1st world problems!). Cleaning and servicing the rooms was also long and often occurred in the afternoon, so turn down and cleaning were not separated, however they did a good job and kept us stocked up with water. Breakfast was good from a food perspective, the staff were friendly but slightly lackadaisical and the coffee and ordered breakfast items could take a while to come out. I can’t review lunch, cocktails, dinner etc….as the prices were astronomical and I didn’t want to ruin the holiday by paying well over the odds for a drink you could get across the road for less than half the price. Overall, I’m really glad we had a villa but drinks are ridiculously expensive and don’t expect anything to be quick…. Go out for food and drinks or stock up at 7/11.

We had the honeymoon suite which looked directly over the water. The view was amazing. 30 meters from the beach, which is tiny, but lovely to swim in. I should have done my research a bit better as this particular suite is the closest to the 'Day Club' and loud music plays from noon until sunset. The service was friendly and attentive.

The hotel and resort are impeccable, really top quality. I stayed here for a couple of nights of luxury and that was plenty because there isn’t that much to do outside of the hotel. The prices are extremely high for Thailand for food and drink, but I guess that’s to expect when paying for the name of Nikki Beach!

Le menu au restaurant Escape pour le souper aurait à être amélioré et le service au restaurant Escape aussi. A l’arrivé souvent c’est ok mais nous sommes souvent laissés à nous meme par la suite, on doit demander pour du service. La qualité de la bouffe n’est pas digne du site et de la Thaïlande

Loved the room by the pool on the grand floor ,amazing space just to chill outside of the room .Breakfast was superb could not fault it ,dinner very limited choices and overpriced for what it is .Amazing service especially from the male waiter with little pony tail an asset to this place ! In rainy season the hotel is pretty much empty so there is no pool party really ,if that’s what you looking for .The DJ is there but literally couple of ppl about .The sun beds at that main pool really need replacing ,dirty and broken never have I seen beds like this on Nikki beach .

Great hotel, some of the facilities are now very tired and in need of repair (broken tiles in swimming pool, broken kayak (there is only 1) etc. Hotel is very distant from anywhere and restaurant in the evening is appalling (food on 3 occasions was badly cooked and burnt). In need of some TLC and a new chef for the evening restaurant

Some of the housekeeping staff were rude, there was a number of geckos not that it was the staff’s fault, sometimes the food I wanted wasn’t available, and I slept horrible one night because of the lack of AC. But, the food was very good and the pools were very clean and nice. Additionally, the staff working at the restaurants were very easygoing and lovely to spend time with. Props to them for elevating the experience of my trip.

เลือกมาพักเพราะอ่านจากรีวิวมาว่าวิวดี บริการดี มีบาร์ดี อาหารอร่อย .... แต่สิ่งที่เจอคือความไม่พร้อมจะให้บริการลูกค้าในทุกด้าน พนักงานไม่พร้อมที่จะบริการ ไม่มีการอธิบาย คำแนะนำที่เหมาะสมในการเข้าพัก พื้นห้องพักไม่สะอาด มินิบาร์ถูกเอาออกหมด บริเวณ pool bar ที่นั่งชมพระอาทิตย์ตก ไม่มีการตั้งเบาะ/หมอน อย่างในรูปที่รีวิว บาร์ปิด อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบสั่ง ดูเหมือนมีหลายอย่าง แต่จริงมีเพียงข้าว แป้ง ไข่ ผลไม้ แทบไม่มีเนื้อสัตว์.... ส่วนที่ดีคือการออกแบบที่พัก ห้องพัก และบรรยากาศโดยรอบได้ดีสวยงาม อยู่ริมหาดเห็นพระอาทิตย์ตก มีเรือคายัค paddle board ให้เล่นฟรี......เท่าที่สังเกตดูก้อมีลูกค้าหลายกลุ่ม น่าจะเกือบสิบห้อง ในสถานการณ์โควิดแบบนี้ ก้อยังดีกว่าหลายแห่งที่ไม่มีลูกค้าเลย ถึงแม้จะอยู่ในภาวะยากลำบาก แต่หากบริหารจัดการให้ดี ก้อยังสามารถประหยัดค่าใช้จ่าย สร้างรายได้ และสร้างความประทับใจให้ลูกค้าชาวไทยได้ เพราะคนไทยเองส่วนนึงที่ไม่สามารถเดินทางท่องเที่ยวต่างประเทศได้ ก้อต้องมาท่องเที่ยวในประเทศแทน แต่หากบริการแบบนี้ คงยากที่จะทำให้ลูกค้ากลับมาใช้บริการอีก
