The property location is amazing! We live localy so was kinda a quick getway, but i would not stay in high season for $500 a night. It was clean but dated, there were signs stating charges for towels left on floor and various one offs.It was a great deal and convient for what we needed. I would recommend this place to friends.

Great and affordable place to stay in the off-season. No front desk and everything runs on key codes, but it was fine. Walls are a bit thin so bring your earplugs. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Took me a while to figure out how the heat system worked but I got it and was comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. I had a room with shared bath, which was clean and nice. I definitely stay here again, especially considering it was such a bargain in the middle of January!

Thank you for a great Holly Folly weekend! I had a room with a private bath and it was a lovely weekend. Staff were great, facilities are central and walkable. Premises are clean and well maintained. It was a great experience.

Cute room. Close to everything. Very comfortable bed. Only drawback with the room was that it was on the third floor. That was not mentioned when booking. Also, Commercial St is very loud and you can hear the todo even with the windows closed. We would stay here again if we could get a room on the first floor.

What a great experience! Tonn was quite accommodating (I had to come up to Provincetown last minute) and the room was very clean, cozy, and welcoming. I had a bit of trouble using the door code upon my arrival, and Tonn quickly helped me resolve the situation, and I was in my room in no time. The location is, of course, spectacular; right across from the Portuguese Bakery and in the middle of town, I could easily access everything I needed. The parking situation in PTown, as a long time New Yorker, is quite strange, so expect to move your car each day, though thats not Tonn's fault, in fact he has plenty of resources on his website with best ways to park in Ptown. A great experience, and very reasonably priced!

Lotus is very conveniently located if you like to be in the middle of town, near bars, ice cream, and parking. The carpet in my room was soaked during my stay and I could smell mold. However as this was more of a business trip, I worked with it and didn't file any complaints. The positives outweighed any negatives.
