"It's not worth a 5 stars rating. Location is not good, have to walk around 1km for food and feeling unsafe at night. The room is big and clean but do not have a working desk, you have to work either on sofa or dinning table. Dust bin was not clear everyday. Amenities provided only 1 time for the whole stays. Breakfast is fine but it's same everyday. The kettle has stain at bottom, so don't dare to boil water for coffee or tea."

"The staff was amazing here and they were so communicative. Although it was super loud location, u get a cafe right downstairs and 30min grab into old quarter. The breakfast isnt that good so i would just get food elsewhere tbh the meat in the pho was rotten tasting so after that i did not eat their breakfast. Overall the staff is really sweet and the location is nice"

" The staff were super friendly and helpful. In particular, Anna, who helped to organise everything for us, from our tours to Ning Binh, Halong Bay and Sapa to arranging a car to pick us up to the airport. She e even gave us a phone charger when we realised that we forgot to bring one with us. Breakfast was also good and offered a veriety of cooked options, fresh fruits/juices, bread and tea/coffee. We will definitely stay in Lotus Boutique again when we return to Hanoi. We will also recommend it...

Good hotel

"Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean hotel, located in heart of Hanoi. We experienced a wonderful new year's night by the lake that is just around the corner. Nice breakfast at the top of the hotel. Love it! "

"They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions asked in person or over the phone, providing the best solution they could offer. Breakfast too is located at the ground floor and the food options were amazing, ranging from American and Vietnamese options. Lastly their massage and spa services are spectacular in quality. All in all the staff, room, and services provided are phenomenal. They work hard and deserve the praise! Thanks again!"
