"Is this supposed to be a 5 stars hotel?? It did not feel like it, at least by our experience. It is true that the hotel is nicely decorated… especially in the Baha Mar area, this one is maybe the least tacky around there… but other than that this was not a good hotel by any standard… The food was way overpriced and for a very average quality… cocktails were even less impressive…But the worst was the service in general… and the most shocking was by far the front desk and checkin / checkout experience… it felt like a cheap motel service and interaction… not sure if it was a lack of training from management, or if the staff just didn’t care… most probably a bit of both… but either way it was really one of the worst experiences we had in any “luxury” hotel…. the restaurant and pool staff was not much better either. We spent just a couple of days in Rosewood, and then went to The Ocean Club hotel; it was the best decision we took during the trip… that hotel was worth every penny. So if you really want to stay at Baha Mar and prefer a good decor but don’t mind bad service, Rosewood is for you… if you just need to be in Baha Mar then take any of the other 4 star hotels and it will cost you less for the same… but if you really do not mind paying for quality, just go to The Ocean Club and enjoy a nice vacation."

"Séjour sympathique, mais tout est excessivement chère.. le petit déjeuner 43 $ HT par personne. Exemple d’un repas du soir, une entrée (8 Sushi), deux plats classique (une salade grecque avec en accompagnement des brocolis et une pièce de bœuf avec en accompagnement une purée), du pain et une bouteille d’eau 155$ HT. Un burger frite au snack de la piscine vous coûtera 20$ HT. A savoir qu’il faut rajouter les Taxes + Tips. La chambre est normale et propre. Le matelas est confortable avec 2 oreillers par personne. Point positif, il y a une douche et une baignoire. Aussi un frigo, mais vide .. La piscine et la plage est bien. Vous avez à disposition masque avec tuba, paddle, kayak gratuit Si vous voulez faire la fête, ce n’est pas l’endroit. qu’il vous faut. Le soir, il y a rien a faire, tout ferme super tôt. La rue principale est déserte à 21h.. Si vous voulez manger une glace après le dîner, il faut aller au Macdo, attention avant 22h. Sinon c’est drive uniquement jusqu’à 22h30. Et pas au Burger King, il ferme à 19h. Astuce pour le petit déjeuner, vous avez un Dunkin’ en face de l’hôtel. Pour 12$ HT vous avez une boisson chaude ou froide, un snack salé, un donuts et une bouteille d’eau. Bon vacances "
