« The property is just perfect for our stay, beach front, silent, near to everything what we need (restaurants, grocery stores). Even though the communication with the property is slow/late response, the housekeeper, Ms. Lita, explained everything to us, she even recommend where to shop and eat, she keep our place very clean, thank you! »

« This place is truly incredible! The photos don't even begin to capture how amazing it is in person. Everything was perfect during our stay, and the property management team was outstanding! so friendly and helpful! I honestly have no complaints. One tip: I’d recommend having a driver or renting a car, as the location is a bit off the beaten path, but other than that, I’d give it a solid 10/10 and highly recommend it! »

« Best thing about the property is the magical views. The home itself is large and very nice, but well worn; the accoutrements as well. But everything is there that you could possibly need or want for your trip. The property was very clean from top to bottom. « We just got back from staying at the Magnolia Villa and none of us can wait to come back. Everything was perfect. The villa itself was just the right size for the 7 of us. We had everything we needed but of course we didn’t spend much time inside. The grounds are immaculate with a secluded courtyard and pool and beautiful tropical flowers all around. « We truly liked the location of the Villa at the end of West Grace Bay. It was very relaxed and not at all crowded.The private beach access was wonderful and there were plenty of sun loungers, (not as many umbrellas and tables though!) The Gardenia Villa is surrounded by lush gardens. The grounds are very well taken care for. Luz and her team cleaned our villa every day, which was wonderfu! A big thank you to her and her team. « The property is quite nice and well maintained. Access to the beach is a paved 100’ path and it’s gorgeous. Snorkeling at Smith’s Reef is a .3 mile walk up the beach.The room was quaint and comfortable. It had a coffee maker, microwave and small dorm size frig. We had a rental car (360 for the week) and would recommend that to all staying here. There are a couple of restaurants close by but the really good and highly rated restaurants are further up Grace Bay and are too far away to walk. »

« Perfect location and place for my two young adult sons and I. Having the paddle boards and kayak at the beach and not having to lug chairs was an added bonus! And, the kayak is for three people -- SUPER! The only negative - there were no games for the evening. We solved that by getting a deck of cards at one of the gift shops. I would definitely stay here again. »
