"It is our first time at the hotel, we made the reservation through hotels.com, we really loved it, they have activities every day during the day and night. L I have some things to emphasize. The food at the buffet should be more hot, it seemed a little cold to me. it would be a good idea for the guests to be given an activity of what the gym will be doing every day. We went to the Michael Jackson show, the sunset beach party and the pool party, all three of them were spectacular. The resort has three a la carte restaurants but we couldn't try them every time we tried to make a reservation as they were full. Some tips: Always check the board by one of the pool to be aware of what activities are going out every day. Congratulations for the service and especially the entertainment team, always very attentive, they even pass by offering towels while you are in the pool listening to a man play the guitar Here I share some photographs of our Star "

"Great, quiet all-inclusive north of all the PV action. The property is newly renovated and very nice. The food options are varied and delicious and the Elite Club package was totally worth it. Only draw back is the open air theatre that plays very loud music until 10:30pm. If you have interior room (even an ocean front suite), do not expect to go to bed early. Our favorite thing was the service! Countless kind and helpful employees! Some of the best service we’ve had in years. "

"The food was very good, there are lots of supper options for restaurants. There are lots of pool options with 3 pools, heated or natural both avaliable. There is a hot tub, tennis, ping pong, fooseball, beach volleyball and activites throuough the day. It is about 25-30 mins from puerto vallarta for shopping, so keep that in mind. You can book excusions through the hotel, Jose is the best to work with. If you choose vallarta adventures you can leave through the nuevo vallarta port which is about 5 mins away."

"Everything about this property was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend visiting ! The staff were incredible, the communication was top tier. Transportation throughout the whole property was easy and certainly convenient. They also provided me a pregnancy pillow which made sleeping and lounging around in the bed and day bed so comfortable for me. I thought that gesture was very helpful. The importance to catering to our needs was the top of their list! We will certainly be coming back! "
