"It had sweeping views of the Cairo skyline and the Nile river. The hustle and bustle of the city was all around but it still felt peaceful in the core and extremely safe. The staff were knowledgeable, welcoming & the views from the room were great. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. All things that make for a nice stay in my opinion. A highlight for me was the daily breakfast and waking up that first morning it was the first time I realized this city needs to accommodate foreigners...

"The hotel as hall was satisfactory standard! Staff in general were polite. I think they can benefit from a customer service awareness course as some of them was below standard specially on the bar area in our arrival it took the guy 45 minutes to get us 2 club sandwiches and when they eventually arrived the sandwich and the chips were called. "The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "
