All but the quality of the breakfast and other menus were great, but the food service staff were friendly and polite. The rooms and common areas were well maintained, safe and appealing. A lovely hotel convenient to the Alhambra Palace which is just across the road. Very friendly staff the pool was beautiful there was a-bus stop 5 mins down the road to take you to Granada they run very 5 mins. The only downside the parking is extra which is expensive I think this should be in the price other wise a 5 star visit

This property is very convenient to walk to and access Alambra. It is also convenient to explore other parts of Granada on foot. The staff was very polite, efficient, and helpful. Because of our arrival time and scheduled tour time they were very gracious and allowed us to store luggage in our room slightly early which was a huge help.
