Check in was quick & easy, there was a deposit fee that wasn’t stated when booking. The room was nice as it had a balcony. The bed frame was damaged as well as the curtains with stains. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay!

The property is very rundown. Only one of three elevators worked when I arrived. There were buckets in the gym to collect leaking water from the ceiling. My room did not have sheer curtains so I had to keep the blackout curtains closed the whole time as a building was going up 20 feet away from my windows.

We booked through Expedia and checked in without noticing any immediate issues. After returning from dinner, we discovered a blown-out outlet, blood on the sheets, a shower that got stuck on scalding hot, and a backed-up tub that wouldn’t drain. The whole place felt untrustworthy and nothing like the booking photos, so we decided to leave the next morning instead of staying for our second night. At checkout, Yoko at the front desk told us to request a refund through Expedia. Expedia attempted to contact the hotel but got no response, ultimately saying they couldn’t process a refund. We then spoke with Adriana, the Assistant Manager, who initially agreed to refund us but later claimed she had no memory of the conversation and blamed us for not addressing the issues in person at checkout. I’ve never experienced such dishonesty from a hotel. If you have the means, stay elsewhere.

The property is a bit old and the soundproofing is not that great. The heater alternates between being noisy and weak. However the service personnel were great and tried their best to make our stay as pleasant as it could be. Overall I would still stay in this hotel if I come back to Manhattan.

The pictures that were showcased when I booked the room were much different than what I got. The rooms furnishings were old and tattered, the carpet dirty and I refused to stay. I left after being there for only 20-minutes. The manager agreed to refund me two nights of my hotel stay, which he did and that is why the customer service received an excellent rating. Truly disappointed. I had traveled all day and was incredibly tired and had to find last minute accommodations for me and my children because I was not staying at this hotel.

Room was clean, comfortable and met my needs. Hot water on demand and room temperature controlled by me. Fitness Facility was very good notwithstanding the rather cool temperature of the room. Location was great and room rate was the best I could find in this area. Check in and checkout very smooth. Room cleaned everyday. Older hotel, but looked well maintained. I would recommend to my friends and family and if I need a hotel in the future I would happily stay here again. I was here January 17-22, 2025.

I’m very disappointed with this place, the bed was falling apart and my husband god injuries… also all the tvs doesn’t work, the outlets doesn’t work either. And my towels had make up in them. Unfortunately my husband gonna have a scar in his hand due to this issue. Btw… in 4 days of my stay, shampoo dispenser was empty all the time.
