We love Radio City Apartments and I’d typically give 5 stars but on this occasion we were so disappointed and saddened— we unmistakably left something of sentimental value in our room. We called the same day we checked out and they claimed to not have it. We know for certain it was left there and exactly where in the room we left it. Of course it was our fault for leaving it behind. It’s just so disappointing and disheartening that the hotel staff would keep our property and lie about it.

Such a perfect location for easy, safe walking to the theaters and many other local attractions (as well as public transport to the airport) no matter what the weather . Great food options located right downstairs if you haven’t eaten out or made your own food in the apartment . We have a special needs son who is very particular with his food preferences. We were able to easily make food and travel back and forth to the apartment too. Loved the fact that it wasn’t sterile and modern but offered all that you would want in a home away from home .

This is a nice hotel. Rooms are small but have a useful kitchenette. All very clean and daily housekeeping. Staff is very helpful. NYC and transport at your door step. Heating cannot be regulated and room had a slight chill on an extremely cold weekend. Convenient Italian restaurant connected to the hotel for evenings when you are very tired or weather inclement.

We loved that this property is so close to Broadway and the heart of the theatre district. Short walk to everywhere we wanted to go in the area. It’s also close to several subway stops which was great for heading downtown. Our room was small, but clean and perfect for us! Like others have said, you can’t adjust the temperature in the room, but we were very comfortable with the temp as it was. The restaurant attached to the hotel was an added bonus! Pasta Lovers is a very good Italian restaurant!!

I really like this location. It was close to everything and very easy to find. On the website it said something about offsite parking being $40 but there was no mention of this at check in so we had to find our own parking a few blocks away. Room was nice. Only down fall was we couldn’t adjust the temperature so we had to open a window. I would stay again.

Delightful room for a simple overnight in midtown. Very impressed with small kitchen in studio. Great week long stay spot. NYC so need to get used to street oise. Hotel is quiet and 24/7security at front door

I really liked this place - I felt safe and comfortable and was so happy to be able to make tea in my room. They keep the rooms very warm (maybe too warm). The decor is reminiscent of the 1970s - I liked that they had leant into this, giving it a unique vibe. It was very quiet, despite being so close to Times Square. Really convenient for the theatres - you feel right in the centre of the action. I would definitely stay there again.
