The location is perfect The staff was incredible- above and beyond fantastic service. Staff was accommodating and so helpful. We have stayed here three times prior and will gladly return.

Great location only few mins walk to metro Line 10 stn easily connect to anywhere by metro. Easy walk to YuYuan Garden just on the other side of the Stn. Room furnishings bit worn, front counter staff wonderful customer service however.

The staffs were friendly, helpful and accommodative. Train station is within walking distance and it near the yu garden. However, the construction currently opposite the property is creating noise even early in the morning at 6am. The rooms are not very soundproof either.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. It is within walking distance to the underground train station. It is just 20 minutes walking to The Bund. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was nice. The room was comfortable. The staff were helpful.

The welcome fruit platter was a nice touch Nice big room with huge bathroom that have his and hers sink, a bathtub, separate shower and wc. Bath salt and moisturizing facial mask was provided Great for leisure and holiday with a partner No proper desk so had to use the small round table for my laptop to get a little work done Oveall was a very enjoyable stay.

I like how convenient the location of the hotel is and the cleaning lady was very friendly. However, there was extremely strong smell of disinfectant when I entered the room, and during my two-night stay I was bothered by the odor from the toilet. Moreover, there was a couple of stairs in front of the hotel door. I was trying to pull my large and heavy luggage through the slope next to the stairs, but it was so hard because the slope is too steep. I didn't get help from the lobby guy until I fell over with my luggage bag.

The property exceeded my expectations. It’s located in the heart of downtown Shanghai, within walking distance to all the tourist spots and local restaurants. Great location! Good breakfast . We booked the executive family room that was very spacious with a sitting area! Had a sink, fridge and a microwave. Free laundromat on the 2nd floor. Subway closeby and only one stop away from the Bund, Nanjing pedestrian street and shopping area. Highly recommend

The hotel was spacious and in a very convenient neighborhood. Easy commute/distance from popular places like nanjing road and yu garden. The room we got though gets loud in the morning due to constructions happening outside. But since, my mom and I were up early everyday anyways it wasnt much of a problem for us.
