"Wow wow wow! “Boutique apartment” really does some The Rockefellers up of which their outstanding reviews do them justice. Nestled around the back of the main road, the property is sleek, modern, well equipped and drenched in luxury. Easy to get to the local “hotspots” with a banging pizza place 30seconds away on foot. A very steep narrow staircase leading to the second level of the property. I note this has been mentioned in other reviews too. Overall, my wife and I were very satisfied with the property."

"I called this a home as this is how we felt staying there. The owners are lovely people who are there if you need but give you privacy. They made are Christmas. The views are stunning and the pictures are very accurate. We had from 2 to 9 adults and were great"

"We stayed in July 2024 as a group of 13 (age range was teenagers to adults) + 2 dogs. Location is great with a good range of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance from the house and main attractions of Windermere a short drive away. 5 en-suite bathrooms were much appreciated given we were 4 separate families. Also a table we could all sit at at the same time also fab! Hot tub also appreciated!"

"Finding the property was easy from the information we were provided. The lodge was warm and cozy, just what we needed with the weather being so bad. The wine cooler was excellent! Just what we needed for New Year's Eve celebrations. The beds were very comfortable."

"Excellent value for money. Staff warm and welcoming. Breakfast was to a very high standard and freshly prepared. Convenient location. Hard to fault as there was a real sense of generosity. Would definitely recommend. As a Coeliac I found the staff well aware of the condition and I felt safe eating the breakfasts, which added greatly to the quality of the stay. "

"Very helpful friendly staff. Food was good and tasty. Room had a couple of cobwebs however clean bedding and bathroom. Nice and warm for January temperatures. Lovely clean carpets throughout with clean upholstered chairs. There were scuffs on the wood panelling throughout and some paint needed attention "
