“Generally all is ok, but the room is a little bit old- the door can’t lock properly sometimes, toilet keeps water running, shower water can’t drain properly. Call them times, can’t fix the problem, finally we have to fix the toilet ourselves, shower has to be left unfixed.”

“Riu Cancún was amazing. My husband and I were both celebrating our birthday ( one day apart) The maid decorated our room with balloons and staff sent us up a bottle of champagne for my birthday and the next day a bottle of tequila for my husbands. The facility was clean and the beach was beautiful. Walking distance to the Ultramar and shopping.”

“About ~30 minutes from Cancún airport and highly recommend booking personal transportation prior to the trip. Overall, this resort is gorgeous and offers many different things to do! We stayed for 4 days and this was enough time in my opinion for a couples trip! I could tell this was a newer resort, as there are some gaps in which could use some fine-tuning. “The resort is outstanding, well maintened and well located. I've loved the room, but the bathroom smelled so bad. I've noticed the reception, but they would not change the room. That's the only thing i have to complain. The food wasn't good in the italian (not italian) restaurant and in the asiatic. I've loved the cafes and the buffet, i strongly suggest both. The price-quality is perfect”

“I recently stayed at this resort for 7 days with my wife and our two boys, and we had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the food was outstanding. The entire facility was well-maintained, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this resort to others. The only minor downside was that the Concierge staff pushed the timeshare VIP access proposal a little too hard. However, that didn’t take away...
