'Our trip started off on a bad foot when we walked into the room and there were two house centipedes in the bathroom. The hotel immediately changed our room to another one on the ground floor, however we paid for a room 20m2 and received one closer to 13m2 - right in front of where the 24 hour ferries dock and take off.
