The property could not really be better situated for access by walk or public transport to all attractions, shopping and eateries. The staff are pleasant and helpful though I did not have to call on them for anything. My room was well equipped, clean and well-serviced- though even with the radiators on, sometimes fell cold. The room was a little small , true bed being too close to the wardrobe preventing the doors being fully opened and making access awkward ( the safe is also in the wardrobe so same applies). The bathroom almost as big as the bed space, had an excellent walk in shower with very good soaps etc. I would strongly recommend staying here

This hotel is located in one of the best areas of Amsterdam near restaurants and public transit and a short walk from most attractions. The staff is great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

This hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and also tram stops to get to other areas of town. It was a popular area without feeling overly-crowded. We stayed in a room on the back of the hotel on an upper floor not facing the square, which I think may have helped ensure a quiet stay, which we appreciated.

Almost everything was great - clean comfortable room, nice staff, nice property, good location, tram is right out front every few minutes for easy travel. Only issue we had was a 1st floor room right above cafes that had loud music playing every night from just before midnight to about 3am. The hotel actually provided earplugs in a sleep kit. I’d stay again, but on a higher floor.

Very friendly staff. Our air conditioning didnt work well and they immediately changed us to another room with sincere apologies. If you want to stay in the city center, this is a great location.

The property is okay. The area is noisy, unsafe, drugs everywhere and dirty. Amsterdam has become run down and I would not recommend it to tourists. Drugs, noise, dirt and sex everywhere you go. In your face constantly. The city is very expensive. The council does not bother with flowers or gardens anymore. They dont clean the streets either. Prices of everything is inflated. Non Dutch speakers are overcharged. Just a horrible place to be. Unless you're looking to get drunk, high on drugs and have sex with prostitutes whilst stumbling over rubbish through unsafe streets back to an overpriced hotel room. Not recommended.
