I can not say anything wrong about it really; the staff was friendly breakfast very complete swimming pool with water heated and the breath taking joao frenandes beach is only half a block away... what else do you need for a break

Nice area in front of nice beach, good afternoon tea is offered to guests, very welcomed. Pool is small, i parked the car at the street. Breakfast is ok, not superb.

This is a great location across from a very nice beach. The hotel has a pool, sauna and steam room. The breakfast and afternoon tea are wonderful.

Fraud in reception
Expedia talk to them taht we change the reservation from 2 nigths to 1 night and they tried to charge me 2 nigths or no show. I told them that Expedia called them changing the reservation and they said "No, you need to pay 2 nights" I called Expedia, Expedia garanted me that was talk to Ana Yamamoto (The woman that was charging me 2 nights) and she knew thas was just one nigth. Just after I puted Ana in my phone with Expedia she agreeded to charge 1 nigth. Very disaponted with the hotel.

Maravilhosa! É o melhor hotel de Búzios!!! Referência em atendimento, limpeza, ambiente, quartos, piscina, cafe da manhã e no estacionamento. Com uma internet boa e acessível em todos os lugares do hotel. E a vista? Deslumbrante pôr-do-sol e pé na areia numa praia tranquila para família.
