"The Hard Rock is an older resort and in need of repairs and upgrades. But the staff are wonderful and most are very friendly. Stepping out on the beautiful beach area and walking for kilometres was amazing. Bucerias is not far at all and a nice area to visit. The Melacon isn’t far away either. Definitely would go back. "

"Actually composing a review because I went down the same rabbit hole you are doing right now. Noticed a lot of 10 out of 10’s when doing our research, then looked at all the bad reviews and started to question whether or not we should go here (as those reviews were obviously drastically different). After a week spent, I can tell you that (as far as all-inclusives go) this place is awesome. It’s not a big party scene, you don’t get those super cheesy entertainment dances every night, but it’s high-quality, the food is actually good, and the pools are amazing. Most of them are heated, which is surprisingly needed this time of year (winter 2025) And the staff are top notch. Likely due to it being a Delta Marriott, they must have specific standards they need to meet. It is the perfect all inclusive resort if you are wanting to unwind, relax, and spend a week by pools and a mellow beach. "

"It was nice having multiple places to eat. We ate at each restaurant while we were there. The bathrooms/showers should be the first thing they update but it was fine. It was interesting how everything shut off when you left the room or air conditioner shut off when balcony opened. Great idea!"
