This hotel is too minimal and sterile. They could use a small fridge in the room instead of a useless draw. It doesn’t feel comfortable because of how spare everything is and whoever designed it was like a fist year architecture student. The property is gorgeous and has a nice botanical garden surrounding it. The pool and breakfast are nice. The rooms are not.

The staff was wonderful especially Sergio .He helped us with restaurants and even gave us a breakfast box the last day when he found out we were missing it cuz of our plane. Such a great hotel in such a beautiful area.

We loved this property. This hotel was awesome. The staff were extremely nice, the hotel was recently renovated and beautiful. The room was clean and roomy. The free breakfast was great. In addition, on property parking made it very easy.

My stay was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The baked goods and cappuccino were top-notch. This hotel is impressively clean. We booked a spacious room for three. It had two balconies which provided extra space for us. I knew the pool was an extra charge, so I was prepared to swim elsewhere. I would advise travelers to book a courtyard-facing room if they want air flow and quiet. The street-facing room had lots of traffic noise if you had the sliding doors open for the breeze to flow.

Work in progress. Hotel is still being built and lacks any amenities or style. Rooms are good sized and high tech (all though most is. It ready for prime time). Breakfast is basic and never changes. Transportation options are poor as are concierge services. Sister property is nice and has a great beach but pricing for So Lifestyle guests is excessive. Has the potential to be a nice hotel, but clearly needs work.

I stayed in the hotel for three days. It's a newly built hotel which is very clean and easily accessible. It's part of a 5* sister hotel, which is also accessible, and the view from the terrace there is marvellous. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was good. There is parking in a nearby plot owned by the hotel. Overall the stay was good.

We booked 5 nights at So Lifestyle last minute whilst in Sorrento, due to our original accommodation not being up to the standard we expected, or were sold (Sapphire Rooms is the place). As we booked last minute, we went for this hotel as it seemed new and nice and convenient. The staff were great, very helpful and had our room ready first thing in the morning, even though it was a later check in. There is no mini bar which is a minor issue, but is handy if you want a beer or water. No restaurant in the hotel, so you’ll need to wander into the main town to eat, but not a big deal. Although the hotel is new and it still needs a lot of work done to bring it up to a finished product, it has a lot to offer. Rooms are large, service is great, the breakfast was just what you need and it is walkable to the main town centre. You can also use the 5* hotel facilities (it is So Lifestyle sister hotel) like the lobby bar and pool (at a cost however) and walk around the gardens. The terrace is amazing! We would be more than happy to stay here again when in Sorrento.

I stayed at So' Lifestyle for a week for a friends wedding that took place in Sorrento (city center so like a 25-30 minute walk). The hotel is brand new so everything is very clean. The staff was so friendly and nice and assisted with ordering a taxi for the wedding events since they're not readily available and there's no uber. The hotel is walking distance to city center (plaza, shopping areas, etc.) which is nice. There's also restaurants (Okhu) and beach clubs a 7 minute walk. For someone who is very selective about hotels and being in a convenient location, I'd recommend So Lifestyle. Only thing to note is that they don't have irons/steamers and offer a service so bring your own portable steamer if needed.

The staff were excellent, helpful and very friendly. The hotel was in a good location, walking distance to town, very clean, and the breakfast was great. I would make a few suggestions, and that would be refrigerators in the room, luggage racks and some kind of shelves in the bathrooms, to hold your toiletries. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back again in the future.

Really unusual hotel...in the UK it would feel like a chain like Ibis, Holiday Inn etc, but it's an independent...v new, v clean, v lovely staff, v high tech...but a little soulless. It would be entirely perfect as a budget option if the dining hallway had some sofas, soft chairs and a bar...or even just coffee and drinks options. The dining hall as is, is like a canteen in a university...allbeit with better food (breakfast was EXCELLENT) and being cleaner and more modern. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, ideal for hot weather. Bathroom superb. Bed v comfy. The smart light system remains a mystery - but it was fun trying! My only comment regarding all the smart switches etc is whether in 5 years they will be working. Pool and gardens, stunning and all the staff, especially chap at pool, were wonderful.

This hotel is new. It is on the same property of its older sister, a five-star hotel. It still needs final touches, such as some minor fixes and mini fridges in the rooms. That said any inconveniences were forgotten about because of the staff and excellent service. Breakfast was the best that we had in our travels in Italy. Beds were comfortable and the room was roomy. The pool is very nice in a beautiful setting. Great value however I have to think that once the touch ups are done and the word gets out about this place the price point will shoot up. Take a chance you will be glad you did.

The hotel is excellent, modern and new. We spent 4 nights, and this is what I prefer when choosing the hotel. The room is large and comfortable, with a large balcony and a view, and the service is very good. It is 5 minutes by car from the center and approximately 20 minutes on foot, and the free breakfast is good. We enjoyed every night of our stay with a view of the sunset and an evening on the terrace overlooking the sea directly, which is shared with the 5-star hotel in front of it, with a singer and a musician. Finally, they made us 2 breakfast boxes due to our early flight.

Great hotel!
Lovely clean hotel with great staff. Very modern inside and out with some very good facilities. Hotel is still very new so a few teething things here and there but nothing that distracted from the stay!
