DSL and G-fast chips market is highly compelling, as this technology has the potential to leverage the seemingly outdated copper infrastructure and give a lifeline to existing infrastructure investment.
But in terms of the penetration rate -- the percentage of
DSL subscribers for every 100 phone lines -- South Korea was top with 27.7% of telephone users subscribing to
DSL, it said.
