ISKCON was being well received in its many communities because of its "increased emphasis on community involvements, |e.g.~ children's programs, cultural activities, lay advisory boards, etc." A good example of
ISKCON's social interaction is in Philadelphia where "two large 'Hare Krishna Food for Life Shelters' house, feed and help retrain men enrolled in a prison half-way program,"as well as minister to the homeless.

ISKCON Temple in Sant Nagar, Amar Colony, Janmashtami Park in Punjabi Bagh, Gufawala Mandir in Preet Vihar, Adhyakayani Shakti Peeth in Chhattarpur and Santoshi Mata Mandir in Hari Nagar.
Menon, Raza Murad, Mohit Raina, Sushant Singh, Amit Behal, Neetu Chandra and Manoj Joshi among others were present at the meeting in the
Iskcon complex in Juhu.
