THE Barber Institute in Birmingham is bringing art to life from 2pm tomorrow with a free event featuring artist and innkeeper Jan Steen. Artist Elizabeth Butterworth will also be at the gallery from noon to talk about her works in the gallery's The Parrot in Art exhibition.
