The 5th Criminal Division at the
Tunis Court of First Instance specialising in terrorist crimes had deferred the trial in that case until March 30, 2019.
The Declaration of Intent for the creation of this university had been signed on January 31, 2018, by Slim Khalbous and French Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, Frederique Vidal during a ceremony held under chairmanship of President Beji Caid Essebsi and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron during his visit in
