"For a systematic approach on the proceedings of the present case and to give courtesy to the Office of the Ombudsman, it may be more prudent to, in the meantime, defer the determination of probable cause and to hold in
abeyance all other Court proceedings," the motion read.
'It appears that those who abrogated or hold the Constitution in
abeyance and are fugitive from justice are at a premium in Pakistan,' he added.
The petition had been filed by Pakistan Zindabad Party chief Advocate Aftab Virk, who, sought registration of the case under Article 6 of the Constitution which states, "Any person who abrogates or subverts or suspends or holds in
