TIME TO RELAX: Chill Out's Tranquility Lounge ECHO rules apply.

Carol Miller, vice president of corporate innovation at American Greetings, said the Chill Outs collection brings birthday greetings to life in a whole new way.

In addition, the company said that the Chill Outs line of cards feature warm messages and whimsical illustrations and include fridges that hold everything from tropical cocktails or sweet treats to a bacon-filled breakfast.

This fall, the Cleveland-based company will debut Chill Outs, a collection of refrigerator-themed cards that open to reveal characters singing and dancing to original music; Hyper Pop-ups, a collection featuring high-quality audio, synchronized lights and small animatronics with the power to produce motion, vibration and other sensory effects; and Remote Control Wishes, which include a character that can be detached and activated by remote to shake and "sing." Chips are also being used in a line of Twirly Treasures music and motion gift card holders.
