In SA, since the prevalence of familial hypercholesterolaemia is as high as 1 in 100 in some communities, ideally everyone should undergo a full
lipogram, or at minimum TC/LDL-C measurement, at least once in young adulthood (from 20 years of age).
The
lipogram's rule and the distant view yield a sense of a person--abhor-rent and dejected--that no claim on his body or mind could have attained.
A
lipogram is a text that omits a particular letter of the alphabet.

Shields's elegantly witty, eleven-hundred-word story is about a woman trying to be creative on a keyboard on which one of the letters is broken "and, to make matters worse, a vowel, the very letter that attaches to the hungry self." The story is, of course a
lipogram. It unravels itself neatly and effortlessly without ever using the letter i.
If the total cholesterol is very high, it should always be followed up with a full
lipogram to detect the patients in whom the very high total cholesterol reflects an accumulation of TGRLs rather than LDL particles.
Samples should be assayed for the following biomarkers: fasting insulin, fasting blood glucose, highly sensitive C-reactive protein, and a
lipogram. If these pathways are identified, and it is assumed they indicate an individual on the pathway to the NCDs of interest, prevention and therapy can be addressed.

lipogram (but unfortunately drops the constraint after just one paragraph).
