On postoperative day 2, she developed right-sided
myosis and upper eyelid ptosis (Figure 1).

Regarding pupil dilation, on the first day the patient had mydriasis, but since day 15 she had
myosis. Saliva production was more abundant on the first day, compared to days 15 and 30 (p<0.05); salivary cortisol did not show significant differences, with the highest absolute value on day 15 (1.22 [micro]g/ml).

In the eyes: enophthalmos, exophthalmos, ptosis,
myosis, mydriasis, nystagmus, lacrimation, chromodacryorrhea, relaxation of the nictitating membrane, and corneal opacity.
Studies of the biological effects of opium and opioid have shown that the opioid possess the analgesia,

Topically, the drug causes adverse effects such as severe uveal inflammation,

A 50-year-old female patient had severe right-hand side pain for 7 years with autonomic signs and symptoms, such as lacrimation, conjunctival injection, rhinorrhoea, nasal congestion, forehead perspiration,
myosis and eyelid edema.
