Critique: Exceptionally well written, organized and presented, "Shattering Black Male
Stereotypes: Eradicating The 10 Most Destructive Media Generated Illusions About Black Men" is as thoughtful and thought-provoking and it is real-world practical and ultimately inspiring.
For the purpose of this paper, I will use the definition proposed by Stangor, according to whom: "

A ban on adverts that perpetuate harmful gender
stereotypes, such as men struggling with household chores or girls being less academic than boys, comes into force on Friday.
Most men and women, even those without children, agreed that product marketing reinforces gender
stereotypes. The commission will run until next year, gathering evidence and promoting solutions to the problem.
The Fawcett Society, a campaign group that is launching a year-long commission to examine the issue, said it would challenge retailers and manufacturers "to drop the lazy
