TERMS OF SERVICE - ADOPTABLES/AUCTIONS/CUSTOMS/YCHs/COMMISSIONS

ABOUT PAYMENT

- Payment must be done in 24h; if communication falls short, you ghost me or I don't get a warning of any possible delays, the adoptable will be back on sale! Depending on the situation or if this is a repeated attitude, you WILL get banned from buying from me
- Only EUR currency for payment!
- Refunds are NOT allowed after payment, under any circumstances; you get what you see
- Payment plans can be discussed, but will be only offered to trusted customers and ONLY if the amount exceeds 200EUR; if not, Payment needs to be made on full
- If you back out from any claims, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! Don't ghost me; ghosting me results in a direct block and ban from my adoptables
- If you back out from any claims, depending on the situation and how much time you make me wait, you might get banned and blocked, or lose priority when claiming in the future; PLEASE, ONLY DO CLAIMS IF YOU'RE 100% SURE YOU WANT THE ADOPT AND YOU CAN PAY. It's not my responsability to take care about any impulses you might have, we're all grown ups here
- If you regret your purchase or don't want the adoptable anymore, it's YOUR responsability to get it resold and get the money back. PLEASE, don't come to me and ask me for a refund and to put the responsability of re-selling the adoptable to me; like I said, we're all grown ups here



ABOUT ADD-ONS

- Add-on waiting time is from 2 to 40 days depending on how many you purchase, complexity and my current queue; you're always free to ask for updates after a reasonable time, just be aware the waiting time I stablish and be respectful of it
- Can request ANY genitalia for the NSFW version
- You can request up to 2 versions per 15EUR for the NSFW - you can request up to 2 different sets of genitalia (for example, one with a vagina and one with a penis); if you request a 3rd or more versions, it'd cost 10EUR extra per genitalia
- Any major or minor changes will cost extra; the price range is between 8EUR to 30EUR, but price may vary or increase depending on the request
- I can refuse to do any type of outfit, edit or genitalia I feel uncomfortable with; if payment has been sent before, and I won't be doing the add-on/edit due to ONLY this reason, I'll refund you the add-on money (I repeat, ONLY FOR THIS ONE REASON, I'd refund the money for the add-on)
- One outfit is 25EUR, but price might increase if the outfit requested is too complex
- If the purchased outfit were to be applied to multiple versions of the adoptable (for example: NSFW version, NSFW version, hyper version, infatable version, etc.), an additional 15EUR-20EUR would be charged per version requested depending on complexity
- Weapons are NOT included in the outfit set price - weapon prices might vary depending on complexity, ranging normally between 10EUR to 20EUR
- Things such as inflatable versions, fat fur versions, etc. can be 100% request!! There's not a set price, so you have to ask first



OTHER BASIC RULES

- When purchased, you'll recive all the rights to the character!! You can do whatever you wish with it!
- You CAN'T sell it for more UNLESS you add extra art to it
- I will also send you through google drive or any other social media of your choice, the full illustration without the watermark
- I usually delete the files after a while, so PLEASE, save them in your computer, in an external hard drive, etc. I'm NOT responsible for any file loses, and I won't be doing any refunds nor re-drawing the adoptable/commission/etc. ; once I hand over the files, they're your responsability
- Files will be sent ONLY after payment, no exceptions
- ALWAYS credit me as the original creator, and never claim the design as made by you



ABOUT HOLDS

- I DON'T do holds
- Holds MIGHT be available for frequent customers or people I personally trust; however, I have the right to refuse any hold request depending on my current economic situation
- In case I do the hold, the MAXIMUM is 3-5 days
- 1 hold max. per person
- Holds are NOT changable; what this means is that, if you decided to ask for a hold in one adoptable, you're not able to ask me to move the hold to a different adopt; the hold decision is final
- If you fail to commit to the hold, I will ban you from any future holds - your priority when buying from me will be reduced as well; I understand life happens and circumstances might change, so when asking for a hold please be sure you'll have the money even if an emergency were to accour
- You have 24 hours to pay me since the end of the hold's deadline; if payment isn't done during that time period without prior warning, the adopt will be back on sale and this will be considered an offense, so you might get banned and blocked

COMMISSIONS, CUSTOMS & YCHs

- Payment must be done in 24h after the slot is claimed; if communication falls short, you ghost me or I don't get a warning of any possible delays, the slot will be back open! Depending on the situation or if this is a repeated attitude, you WILL get banned from buying from me (this does NOT include any custom/commission work that doesn't involve claiming slots)
- Only EUR currency for payment!

- I won't start your commission until payment is done fully; this includes payment plans
- If you back out from the commission or YCH claim, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! Don't ghost me; ghosting me results in a direct block and ban from future commissions and YCHs
- If you back out from any claims, depending on the situation and how much time you make me wait, you might get banned and blocked, or lose priority when claiming in the future; PLEASE, ONLY DO CLAIMS IF YOU'RE 100% SURE YOU WANT THE COMMISSION OR YCH, AND YOU CAN PAY. It's not my responsability to take care about any impulses you might have, we're all grown ups here
- For custom characters: if you regret your purchase or don't want the custom character anymore, it's YOUR responsability to get it resold and get the money back. PLEASE, don't come to me and ask me for a refund and to put the responsability of re-selling the custom to me; like I said, we're all grown ups here

- Commission, customs and YCH can take up to 90 days to be finished depending on the current queue and/or health issues; you're always free to ask for updates after a reasonable time, just be aware the waiting time I stablish and be respectful of it
- Please, when requesting a commisison/custom, have the idea and/or references in mind. If you don't have all the details and specifics in mind that's 100%, but I need an idea to work with; please, don't come to me with "I want to commission you but I don't know what", because I can't work with that and will probably not reply back
- I will only do changes and/or modifications IN THE SKETCH PHASE. You're free to ask for modifications during this part of the commission. After the sketch is done and approved by the customer, I won't be doing any changes to the lines unless there's a mistake form my part; any changes requested after the sketch phase will be either ignored or will cost extra, depending on the customer's wishes
- If the customer changes ideas after payment, and wants me to do something different or add stuff that wasn't agreed upon, I have the right to refuse said changes and proceed with the idea that was agreed upon, or charge extra for the changes and/or additions requested
- Although I offer multiple sketches through the commission progress, I can refuse to do more when a certain amount is reached; please, be clear on what changes and additions you want me to do in the sketch phase to avoid this
- Do NOT ask for discounts or "special prices", all my prices are final and there's no way I'll be offering my services for "cheaper", even less if you asked me or force me into it
- I reserve ALL the rights to turn down or not accepting an order if I think I won't be able to commit to it, makes me uncomfortable, etc.
- You can ONLY purchase NSFW commissions if you're +18; if I see you bypass this rule I will report you accordingly



THINGS I WILL DRAW

- Any SFW related topics
- Easy/less extreme fetishes such as inflation, vore, gas/fart, feet play, etc. (if in doubt, feel free to ask!! No judgement)
- Ferals, anthros or human in SFW situations
- Anthros in NSFW situations
- Masturbation, nudes and other explicit NSFW subjects

THINGS I WILL CONSIDER, DEPENDING ON COMPLEXITY DUE TO MY SKILL LEVEL

- Vehicles or most machinery stuff
- Complex or big armors
- Complex robots, cyborgs, mechas, etc.
- Humans
- Realistic paintings and/or sketches
- Explicit NSFW such as sexual intercourse, threesomes, etc.

THINGS I WON'T DRAW

- Hate-speech, pedophilia, zoophilia, racism, etc.
- ALL NSFW artwork must have characters over the 18 years of age, won't draw any pedophilic content under ANY circumstance
- This includes NO cub art or child play
- I will NOT do any art that's consisted in "aging up" a character that's a minor
- Won't do feral NSFW, please, DON'T ask or insist
- "Hardcore" fetishes such as scat, fatal vore, etc. (if in doubt, feel free to ask!! No judgement)

THINGS YOU'RE ABLE TO DO

- You can change up the adopt and/or custom's design as much as you want, no need to ask!! Just don't draw over or edit my art
- You can ask for examples of NSFW versions if you're unsure when purchasing
- Designs can be resold up to the original price, IT'S PROHIBITED to sell it for more, that'd result in being blacklisted - you might upgrade the resale price ONLY if extra art has been added to it (commissions, personal work, etc.) GIFTS and ART TRADES do NOT count, it has to have monetary value
- Adopts, customs and commissions can be gifted and/or traded, but you must notify me of the new owner so I can keep track on where the design is
- Designs can be co-owned, however, I must be notified on who the second owner is and I won't be responsible of any future dispoutes regarding the ownership of the adopt (this applies to alternative color versions as well)
- You can sell the alternative color versions as well up to the original price you payed for - can be upgraded if extra art is added to it too; please, notify me of the new owner as well
- You can buy any of my adoptables, commissions and customs and gift them to whoever you'd like (unless the person who you're gifting it to is in my personal blacklist)! Please, in this situation let me know who'd be the owner!!

THINGS YOU'RE NOT ABLE TO DO

- You CAN'T ask for a refund after we agreed payment and payment gets sent, even less if I sent you the files; if you force a refund, you'll be blacklisted and be warned about to other artists
- DON'T ask for discounts, free edits or anything like that; ALL prices are final unless stated otherwise
- Do not send me "tips" with the intention of me giving extra art for you for cheaper; tips should be done out of kindness, if you want an add-on, please pay for it fully
- Do not ask for the files prior to sending payment
- Never claim the design was made by you, credit doesn't always need to be given of course, just don't claim you desgined it yourself
- If you're blacklisted for whatever reason, you're NOT able to ask others to buy my adopts for you or make different accounts; your friend will be banned in the action as well
- Do NOT use the characters you've purchased from me to draw/write/roleplay/etc. with anything related to pedophilic, zoophilic, etc. content
- Don't use my designs or commissions for commercial purposes; my designs are made for personal use only, any distribution of my design and/or drawings will be reported accordingly

RE-POSTING

- You're 100% able to repost whatever you purchase from me, no need to ask
- Watermark is recommended in case of re-uploading, to avoid easy thievery

REVOKING YOUR ADOPTABLE RIGHTS

- I won't generally revoke any design when purchased, UNLESS you've scammed me; if I catch you making content that includes pedophilia, hate-speech, racism, zoophilia, etc. you will get instantly blacklisted and blocked, and won't be able to buy any designs from me (that includes participating in auctions and getting customs as well, I want you OUT of my sight)

BLACKLIST

- Forcing a refund by opening a case will result in a permanent ban and you'll lose rights to all the adoptables you've charged back; furthermore, I'll warn everybody I find fit about you
- Being disrespectful towards me or my art might result in a ban, or lose priority when buying
- If you ghost me, especially after multiple attempts of me trying to reach out to you, it might result in a ban
- Depending on the offense, the ban might be lifted if I find it fit, but that rarely happens
- If you're blacklisted from doing holds, you can still purchase adoptables, but your priority might be lower
- When failing to pay me after doing holds, or claiming an adoptable, you're responsible for said actions, and you will be banned automatically depending on the circumstances; I might notify you, if I find it fit but I won't be sending you a letter to explain you why
- If you scam, ghost or hurt any of my mutuals, friends or other artists, you'll probably be blocked instantly by me to avoid any potential scams or problems
- If I catch you making any content that involves hate-speech, pedophilia, zoophilia, etc. I will automatically block you and put you in my blacklist
- People in the blacklist are public through a google doc; I can share it if requested, but I might refuse depending on who's asking for safety reasons
- If you're banned forever for a big offense, you will be blocked and I will warn other artists about you
- Any intentions on bypassing the rules will result in a forever ban
