For the ease of access and reference:

Commission Process: The commission process will begin after the client has provided a clear description of the artwork they would like created, including reference images or any other necessary information. The artist will provide a quote and estimated timeline for the work. Once agreed upon by the client, a deposit will be required to secure the commission.

Payment: The total price for the commission will be agreed upon before the work begins. Payment can be made in full or split into installments of two, with the final payment due upon completion of the artwork. Alternatively, the payment can be done fully upfront. The artist reserves the right to retain the deposit if the client cancels the commission before completion.

Communication: The artist will keep the client informed of the progress of the artwork and will provide updates and opportunities for feedback throughout the process. The client agrees to respond to communication in a timely manner and provide any necessary feedback or revisions for the next feedback session.

Rights and Usage: The client retains ownership of the artwork once payment is received. The artist retains the right to display the artwork in their portfolio or use it for promotional and other commercial purposes. If the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes, they must obtain written permission from the artist and pay an additional fee.

Revisions: The client is entitled to a reasonable number of revisions to the artwork, as agreed upon at the beginning of the commission process. Any additional revisions may incur additional fees.

Liability: The artist is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the creation or delivery of the artwork, including but not limited to loss of data or damage to equipment.

Completion and Delivery: The artist will provide the completed artwork in the agreed-upon format and delivery method.

Cancellation: If the client cancels the commission before completion, the artist reserves the right to retain the deposit and any work completed up to that point. If the artist is unable to complete the commission for any reason, they will refund any payments made by the client.

Agreement: By commissioning artwork from the artist, the client agrees to these terms of service. Any disputes arising from the commission will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the artist's jurisdiction.

Subject Matter Not allowed: Characters partaking in, or being involved in explicit or suggestive activities that have not given or are incapable of giving consent (This parameter is not set in stone and is handled a case by case basis; but to give a rule of thumb: "No characters which are underage, feral, otherwise incapable of self awareness and/or providing consent.") Additional to this, scatalogical themes, themes involving gore or excessive hemorrhaging, slander against religious, historical and real life figures. This list will be subject to future change as stipulations are added and removed under the scrutiny of the artist.
