Certainly something I've thought about before, but unfortunately the clay's wax-based, trying to paint it would cause alotta problems.

This needs to be faved on the complexity of getting that character to balance! You're right; I can't even begin to fathom how hard it was to keep that mofo from wobbling off the fence, but damn it had to take some doing.

merciful crap what media did you do this in? I can't even imagine how you managed to get this to work, even with a sturdy armature.

I know this is 2 years old, but I just have to say that this is a pretty sweet sculpt. Great silhouettes from every angle and very dynamic posing.
Seriously, how the heck do you make clay stay upright let alone suspended like that? @_@; Tis sheer amazingness.
