Arcturus is a Sun Disciple, otherwise known as a rubbery latex drone servant of Solgaleo. While he has had several hosts over lifetimes, he is now currently bound to Anuhe, but is only active whenever his visor or mask is applied to Anuhe's face. At which point, the visor attaches, and the latex suit will spread across the body until it completely converts the host into a rubber drone. Arcturus' and Anuhe's conscious are then forced to link, and the being then shares a single conscious between drone and host, whether or not Anuhe wants to. After his mission or task is complete, either Arcturus or Solgaleo himself will release Anuhe from service, who always awakes the following day with no lasting memory of his forced servitude.

Basic Disciple Information
Many Legendary Pokémon have begun recruiting others into their ranks by applying latex suit uniforms to hosts, in order to assist with important tasks or missions. The original suits were designed long ago by a mysterious architect the Legendries enlisted to help them. While the suits transform their hosts and force them to obey a Legendary master, often against the hosts will, the suits imbue them with great powers derived from the Legendary that they serve. Solgaleo's and Lunala's drones are known as Sun & Moon Disciples respectively, and other Legendries often have their own moniker for their servants. For example, Zacian and Zamazenta drones are commonly referred to as "Knights." The same theme applies to every drone designation, Sun Disciples of Solgaleo are always named after stars or constellations.
The ultimate goals of these drones are often the same as their masters: The protection and the preservation of that Legendry's aspect in the world, or indeed the universe.
Disciple's Powers and Abilities
Solgaleo is an immensely powerful Legendary, often viewed as a Sun Deity in some cultures. But while "Sol" is the most important star to our Earth, there are many many other stellar bodies in the galaxy. Therefore, Solgaleo's influence actually reaches far across the universe, and his god-like powers are imparted to his Disciples in order to help maintain and preserve the cosmos. The Sun/Moon Disciple suits in particular are a masterpiece of combined magic and technology. The latex of these suits is incredibly resilient, and is nearly impervious to any tearing. The suits provide an infinite supply of oxygen for their hosts, and even enable them to move freely in zero-gravity. They are also designed to withstand extreme heat and freezing temperatures, are immune to all forms of cosmic radiation, and are even able to completely compensate for intense changes in gravity when approaching powerful wells.
Then come the more fantastical powers of the Legendries. All Disciples are able to travel instantly to any point in the galaxy through their own wormholes, as their duties require them to constantly travel unfathomable distances. While in space, all Disciples are able to manipulate cosmic matter & anti-matter so that they may create, remove, or alter an interstellar object or anomaly according to how their master desires it. In essence, these are the perfect suits that not only allow infinite survivability in the harsh conditions of space, it lets the Disciples thrive in it; they make the cosmos their home like a Vaporeon in a reef. The one caveat with their powers is that they seem to diminish almost entirely when they are on the Earth, which does happen when a Pokémon Disciple needs to complete or assist in a mission involving a Mystery Dungeon for example. The suit remains, but the Disciple can only call upon the natural abilities of their host whilst in this environment. This is part of an ancient agreement to equalize the drones powers, should they run into a confrontation with a drone of a lesser Legendary Pokémon.
The one place in the void a Disciple should never approach is the event horizon of a black hole. Not because the suits cannot survive crossing, but because they are said to be the dwellings of Necrozma and his drones, as well as Ultra Beasts. Disciples will never traverse one without backup and Solgaleo's/Lunala's explicit direction to do so. Otherwise, the Disciples stay clear of these singularities.
Disciple's Duties and Activities
Sun Disciples commonly work together and even with the Moon Disciples of Solgaleo's counterpart, Lunala, since the concept of "Day & Night" only really applies to earthly beings. The responsibilities of the Disciples are what you might imagine from their powers, being caretakers of the galaxy. With their abilities to manipulate matter in space, some common tasks involve correcting the course of traveling comets or a faulty planetary orbit. The Disciples are even able to repair an otherwise unstable entity like a star aging too far ahead of schedule, or a rift in the space-time continuum, though sometimes additional Disciples are needed for help to repair something as complex as a tear in space-time. Depending on the build of the host, some of the Disciples find themselves leaning towards specific duties more often. Strong hosts built for battle are often ready to rally near a black hole, should there be a threat of invasion by Necrozma's drones or Ultra Beasts. Since Arcturus' Sylveon host is a natural Fae, he is particularly talented at misdirecting or tricking other interstellar travelers, causing them to get lost or be kept away from discovering other inhabited worlds prematurely; you can thank him for keeping your world safe from alien invasion.
Disciples are free to have fun whenever they need to, whatever form that takes. Many simply love to explore and see what the galaxy has to show them. Some of the artistic Disciples are known to create awe-inspiring nebulae and other wonderous system formations. Arcturus enjoys these activities as well, and has been known to play cosmic golf and other games with space rocks and comets. Arcturus also gets a satisfaction from his talent of misdirection, and sometimes takes things a bit too far in messing with interstellar travelers just to watch how they react.

Drones are made to serve their Legendries until their assistance is no longer needed. At which point, the Legendary will release the host or the suit will automatically return the host to their home and decouple from them. Almost all of the suits are designed to fog the memory of their host's time serving as a drone, in order to make it appear like a vague dream upon waking. The host will not remember unless they are brought into service again in the future. In order to cover up this gap in time, many Legendries do not keep drones in service for too long in one session, lest a host be unable to rationalize a large gap in time lost. Sun & Moon Disciples however have the distinct benefit that time works differently for them. While a Disciple may be in service for days, weeks, months, or longer, the host always seems to wake up no more than a day or two later in their own time. No doubt a secret trick of space-time kept by the Sun & Moon Legendries.
Was inspired to make a proper ref of the space Sylv. Ended up writing a whole lot more than I wanted to, because I can't manage my time~ uwu

Heh, kinda neat that you referenced the Knights after doing Kagesakura and Nachie as Zacian and Zamazenta drones. Nice touch. ^^
I've noticed you haven't drawn any moon disciples. I'd be happy to be the first UwU
Actually I have drawn Moon Disciples quite a few times now, there are currently six~
Really!? Can you link so I can decide between Sun and Moon?
Rigel seems to be a sun disciple, and Janus is Mature, and I have that off for a reason
Ah right, I didn't think of that, but yes most of them are mature.
Ah. Well, I uh...found twitter, and saw a few...anyway, I definitely like the moon ones first, although considering the lore they'd probably pick Lucario Sparky over Furry Sparky, seeing as Lucario Sparky is a Lucario, and an electric type one too, while Furry Sparky...has claws I guess?
