Kitty: Well, folks. It's time for us to chuck out the Trash Can by unmasking her and sending her back to her universe. But, before we do that, let's see what the panel's first impression guesses were for her, shall we?
*The TUFF Troopers head down into the underground vault, and retrieve the first impression guesses for the Trash Can. They return to the stage with them, and Kitty begins to read each one.*
Kitty: Alright, here are the Trash Can's first impression guesses.
Terry's first impression guess: Amy Rose from the Sonic franchise
Cadence's first impression guess: Sally Acorn from the Sonic franchise
Chick's first impression guess: Blaze the Cat from the Sonic franchise
Stew's first impression guess: Amy Rose from the Sonic franchise
Fred's first impression guess: Mina Mongoose from the Sonic franchise
Isabelle's first impression guess: Sally Acorn from the Sonic franchise
Kitty: Well, those were the first impression guesses. Now, let's see who's right and wrong as we...
Everyone: TAKE IT OFF! TAKE IT OFF! TAKE IT OFF! TAKE IT OFF!
*The Trash Can reaches for the bottom of her garbage bag mask, and a TUFF Trooper comes on stage to grab the handle on the lid. The Trash Can was able to undo the mask, and the TUFF Trooper pulls it off, revealing her to be Sally Acorn.*
Kitty: Oh my goodness! It's Princess Sally Acorn from the Sonic franchise!
Cadence: I knew it!
Isabelle: Hooray! :w00t:
Chick: Whoa! I did NOT see that coming!
Stew: Me neither!
Sally: I got you boys good, didn't I?
Fred: I'll say you did!
Terry: I'm sorry that I thought you were Amy Rose, Sally!
Sally: That's quite alright, Mr. Bogard. After all, she IS the more well-known love interest for Sonic. I have said numerous times that SEGA tried to forget that I even existed.
Terry: Okay.
Kitty: Alright, Sally Acorn is the heir to the throne of Mobius in most Sonic universes. The daughter of King Maximillion Acorn, she was forced into hiding when Dr. Eggman, aka Dr. Robotnik, launched a full-scale takeover of Mobius by roboticizing the cute little critters of the planet, making them his own robotic slaves. However, Sally was able to form a group of Freedom Fighters in Knothole Village, and under her leadership, she's been launching various attacks on his capital of Robotropolis in hopes of saving her kingdom!
Sally: And take a wild guess who I often team up with to get the job done: the old blue blur himself, Sonic the Hedgehog. There was also Bunnie, Antoine, Rotor, and Tails as well, but for the most part, it's usually me and Sonic.
Chick: Don't you usually have a mini-computer equipped with an A.I. with you, too?
Sally: Oh, yeah. NICOLE. She's always a big help to me and the Freedom Fighters during our missions. In fact, she even gained a Mobian form to better interact with the rest of us in the comics.
Stew: Sweet! Why couldn't my version of Alexa be more like her?
Chick: That's because she was factory-made while NICOLE was made in house.
Stew: Aw, man. :(
Kitty: Speaking of the comics, they were mostly similar to the Freedom Fighters' adventures on the Sonic SatAM cartoon show, but as the comics continued, Sonic and Sally's relationship started getting a bit rocky. Eventually to the point where they started seeing other people. For Sonic, it was Fiona Fox and Mina Mongoose, and for Sally, it was guys like Geoffrey St. John and Monkey Khan. It was like a furry soap opera printed in comic form! Everything REALLY got outta hand!
Sally: Even worse when I became Mecha-Sally. Yeesh! Anything just to sell more comics.
Terry: No wonder IDW rebooted the series.
Sally: Yeah. And speaking of IDW, fans have been clamoring to get me and most of the other original comics characters into the new one. It was part of the "Rally For Sally," but so far, we haven't heard much of it.
Isabelle: Oh my.
Cadence: Well, I'm sure that despite all the drama, you still have your fans.
Sally: Yeah, that's true. In fact, a lot of fans wanted me and the other comic characters to appear in the Sonic games, but so far, the most I got was a cameo in "Sonic Spinball." Well, at least there's a mod where I replaced Sonic in the very first Sonic game for the SEGA Genesis.
Kitty: Oh, yeah, I've heard of that. My husband's been trying to get that mod, but he doesn't really know how. ^^; He's not that good with the technical side of video games despite the fact that he made his own working beam swords and force modems.
Isabelle: Well, at least he knows more than Fred. All the machines he's ever used is run by his own two feet. ;3
Fred: Keep it up, Isabelle. >: (
Isabelle: Tee-hee! >: 3
Kitty: Well, anyway, getting back to our big reveal, we'd like to know why Sally signed up for our show in the first place. So, Sally, why'd you sign up for our show in the first place?
Sally: To so everyone that I don't want to be forgotten. I mean, I've been through a LOT in my career, and I wanted to express myself through music on this show. And given how far I've come, I think I did my job pretty well.
Terry: Pretty well? Sally, you were incredible!
Fred: Yeah, you really rocked this season!
Isabelle: Totally! I just wish you made it to the Battle Royale Finale!
Sally: Thank you all so much. It really means a lot to me that you feel that way. And, I know you want me to make it to the finale, but I think I've done what I've come here to do. So, congratulations to the Peacock, whoever he is. I know I'll be rooting for him. ;)
Chick: Aaaaawwwww, now that's a good sport right there!
Kitty: Yeah, she sure is. Well, that about does it for Group A's Duet Finale. And since Cadence and Isabelle both got Sally right, they each get a point in the running for the Golden Toon Ear Trophy.
Isabelle: Hooray! I got another point!
Cadence: Looks like we're now tied for the lead, Terry.
Terry: Yeah, but don't get cocky.
Kitty: And before we go, I'd like to thank Rivet and Balto for coming back to our show and performing with our contestants. So, let's bring 'em back out!
*Rivet and Balto return to the stage.*
Rivet: Thanks for having us back, Kitty.
Balto: We had a great time performing once again. Especially since I got to perform with Sally Acorn. ^^
Sally: Thanks, Balto. (pets him) I couldn't ask for a better singing partner. ^^
Balto: Aw, shucks.
