Okay, time to release the last of the recently acquired OCs. This one I wanted to make as a relative companion to Sharon, only this time a parental one. So now, she takes the crown of my oldest character which was previously held by Aiya. This OC was also adopted from
justhere001 and originally designed by
rockbaker. So, without further ado:

Bio
In keeping with the theme of rare tigers in Australia, Julia Circe Severide is a retired police officer from the Western Australia Police Force (WAPOL). She served 40 years on the force rising up the chain of command and retiring at the rank of Inspector. Born and raised in Balcatta, north of the Perth CBD, she enrolled in the WAPOL at the age of 24 serving eight years as a patrol inquiry officer before then training to become a detective. It was when she made Sergeant that the Severide household was struck by an arsonist resulting in the loss of not only their home, but Julia's at-the-time ex-husband (whom she was going through a bitter divorce and custody battle with their children). The arsonist in question was hired by the ex-husband to set fire to their home, and thanks to some detective work from both Julia and daughter, Sharon (who, of course, would grow up to become a firefighter), the two would end up serving a long prison sentence in the Australian Capital Territory. In her final years on the force, she achieved the rank of Inspector and led a training regimen for girls aspiring to become detectives, effectively helping to train the next wave of WAPOL women detectives. She retired from the force just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit in January of 2020. Upon retirement, she moved with her longtime girlfriend to Lancelin, WA, in the coastal countryside further north from Perth.
Personality
Julia carries on a tough, no-nonsense attitude. Her determination is what got her through her career as a police officer and raising two kids mostly on her own. When it came to her kids, however, she was always a supportive mother who stood by her kids and their ambitions. That doesn't mean she wasn't firm with them. She knew how to discipline when the time came to it. One thing she always tried to maintain was a balance between being nurturing and disciplinary. She's not perfect by no means, but at the same time, she doesn't expect perfection when it came to people. She understood that people had flaws and that should never be looked as a negative unless said person has irredeemable traits (such as her ex-husband). Another thing she always tried to instill in her kids and everyone around her is love and acceptance.
Appearance
Julia is a near plus-sized Sumatran Tigress but is very athletic. Her size has never been a factor in her ability to do her job. Her attires are typical of the average Australian, consisting of seasonal appropriate clothing such as tank-tops, khaki shorts and hiking boots for spring and summer months, switching to longer sleeved shirts and pants in the winter months. She only wears dresses on special occasions that call for them. Like the rest of her family, but unlike Sharon (who was born with a rare deficiency that hindered her stripe development), she is fully striped. She's also nearsighted, and as such, she wears glasses (she prefers thick rimmed cat-eyed glasses).
