Catti, as close to canon as possible
This was a fun challenge, drawing Catti in my style but with her details and proportions being as close as possible to how I believe she's supposed to look in canon.
I first went based on a Deltarune height chart I found online, which calculates her height at around 6' 1". Next I looked up IRL reference images of women that height. Initially I guesstimated that Catti would be in the 400 pound range (significantly scaled back compared to how I normally draw her lol), but at that height none of the women in the images had the bulky wideness that Catti's sprite depicts. After some more looking I found out she would be much close to 500 lbs. In other words, in order to be as round as she is at the height she likely is, she's HEAVY.
From there it was a matter of figuring out her proportions. Looking at the rest of her family, particularly her sister, it seems the cat family genetics result in round guts and large boobs! the end result is a Catti that is suuuuper chunky but still looks realistically proportioned.
Conclusion? Even in canon, Catti is FAT as frick.

This is wondeful. You did accomplished your goal of creating a more relalisically proportioned Catti exceedingly well. Seriously, this is perfect.
I do like this drawing, albeit I think your calculations slightly overestimate her height and weight. I think it's a bit too difficult to tell with the few sprites we've seen for now. I haven't judged the sprites yet, but she looks slightly wider sitting down than standing up, which seems consistent with how body fat can spread irl. On my behalf, I think figuring out the weight for that height is a bit more difficult because a lot of real models are shorter than that.
A fair assessment! I was basing most of this on a height chart that measured the amount of pixels of the height of a doorframe from one of the backgrounds, converted that to inches based on the average height of a doorframe, and applied that to the characters... so yeah not an exact science. Plus like you said, we have so few sprites of her. This was really just a rough informed estimation of what she might look like at a more realistic size.
I feel you overestimated quite a bit lol. I don't think the characters are necessarily made to scale, I think her head size on her sprite makes it more than clear that she's quite the shortstack and that she's not that wide. I'd say she's 300 at the very highest possible estimate.
But hey, I won't complain, as my eyes feast on a huge fat cat. Pretend the previous paragraph is non-existent.

Haha entirely fair tbh, like I said this was based on a fan-made height chart. Also I like the idea of her being pretty tall and looming over some of the other characters.
Very fair as well! Can't say I hate a behemoth of a woman that could squeeze me like a kitchen sponge with her weight alone...
