I read this book because a friend suggested it and loaned it to me. I think this is a horrible book and I'll tell you why.
Most of the "men" described in this book are douchebags. Plain and simple. The author claims she got her information from actual men. Fine. I'm sure she did. But those men, if that is the type of information they gave her, are douchebags.
And, aren't we tired of dealing with douchebags by now? It's 2011 and I have self-respect. Too much self-respect to put up with a man who always wants to chase me. Too much self-respect to put up with a man who likes to play games.
Is testing the other person out an inherent part of dealing with people? Sure. But, the tests need to be natural. Any man who doesn't call when he says he would just to test my reaction can leave me alone. That man is a liar and a douchebag.
I'm so tired of books that advise women to take lying as a normal part of getting to know a man. This advice was strewn throughout the book. It sickens me.
If men believe that they will get away with whatever they're allowed to get away with, then why should we even listen to them? Why should we care why they love bitches? I know I don't. Because I can have self-respect and love for myself without being a bitch. And, I don't need to own that word and gussy it up like it's a good word. It's not. I can't believe this author suggested that when your man finally calls you a bitch, you've succeeded at something. Any man I'm with better *never* call me a bitch.
This book really ticked me off. We need to up our standards. Is there some good advice offered? Yes, but it's on the backs of real women who know a loser when they see one. And, most of the book's advice only pertains to losers and the women who want them.

Bella Swan should have read this book!
I am not really into self-help books like this because I really don't give a damn about guys. Sure, guys are such fascinating creatures. Sometimes I want them. But most of the times, I just want them to leave me alone. And no, I am definitely NOT a man-hater, I told you, they fascinate me. But I just couldn't make myself give a damn on whether men I know think I'm a doormat or a dream girl. I have much better things to do than that. And if a guy doesn't like me anymore, sure as hell I won't try to woo him. There are a lot of fish in the sea. And we're living in a world with quite a number of oceans.
I enjoyed reading this book, though. I really think this book is a must read for all the girls out there who think that the sun revolves around their boyfriends. My friend who just got dumped by her boyfriend for being "too-clingy" recommended this book to me. She said that if she only had this book earlier in her relationship, her boyfriend might have never dumped her.
I don't know about that, but I think, this book might have helped her. Because this book shows that girls who value themselves, that are independent and have great self-respect and confidence are the ones who are really what you call: HOT.
Being a bitch here is defined not in a negative context. A Bitch is someone who loves herself more than any man, and will never let a man control here life, no matter how much she loves him. She doesn't take shits from men and
definitely doesn't tolerate being looked down upon like a doormat. She's independent, strong, intelligent, and has a life of her own. She doesn't sacrifice her other relationships just to suit the schedule of her boyfriend.
A bitch believes that a relationship needs mutual respect and trust between the partners. She believes that she deserves only the best because she's willing to give her best in return.
And yes, we all need to be a little bitch sometimes.
It is a perfect read for girls who needed a little bit of a boost on their self-confidence and for girls who are in a not-so-healthy and co-dependent relationship. This book has tips on how to keep things interesting and to make guys crazy over you.
I won't recommend it to guys though, because I don't want you to know our tricks. :)

“ لماذا يعشقُ الرجالُ العاهرات؟ : من ممسحة أحذية إلى فتاة أحلام , دليل المرأة للحفاظ على نفسها في العلاقة العاطفية “ .
تقول الكاتبة ان هذا العنوان الصادم ماهو إلا عنوان ساخر يصف ما تفكر فيه المرأة عندما تشعر بالاحتياج لرجل ما فتقدم له كل ما تعتقد انه يريده وإذ فجأة يتركها ليذهب إلى امرأة أخرى .. وأنها لا تقصد أبدا معناه الحرفي.
لن أتحدث عن محتوى الكتاب كاملا , فمحتواه على رغم صغره أكبر من أن يُناقش في مقالة واحدة , ولكن سأكتفي بمناقشة الفصل الثالث من الكتاب صاحب عنوان "The Candy Store" أو " محل الحلوى "والذي يمثل حصيلة تجربة النساء في أمريكا مع الحرية الجنسية وما وصلن إليه بعد كل هذه السنوات من خبرة في التعامل مع الرجال في دائرة هذه الحرية.
تبدأ الكاتبة " Sherry Argov " في هذا الفصل القاعدة الأساسية التي ستبني عليها فيما بعد … حيث تقول " لا تعطي كل محتويات محل الحلوى في الحال , ولكن اعطه قطعة واحدة فقط مرة بعد الأخرى " .
ثم تقول " إذا تم إلزام الرجل الانتظار قبل أن ينام مع امرأة سيراها أكثر جمالا كما انه سيستغل هذا الوقت في اكتشاف قيمتها " .. وتضيف " فحينها سيرى أنها امرأة متحفظة , ليس بالمعنى الحرفي للكلمة , ولكن في رؤية الرجل يعني هذا أنه لا يمكن لرجال آخرين أن يحصلوا عليها , في الحقيقة هو شخصيا لن يدرك أنه سيستطيع أن يحصل عليها , ولهذا فلن يحصل على رفاهية أن يعتبرها مجرد رفيقة يقضي معها وقتا جيدا" …
ثم تفرق في العديد من فقرات الكتاب بين رؤية الرجل لممسحة الأحذية وفتاة أحلامه , وتقارن بين ردود فعل كلا منهما في مواقف متعددة على حسب فصول الكتاب , وفي هذا الفصل تكتب عن ممسحة الأحذية " أنها امراة تدفع نفسها للنوم مع الرجل في أول لقائاتها به للأسباب الخاظئة" وتضيف "إذا مارست الجنس مع الرجل لمجرد شعورها أنها ملزمة بذلك خوفا من خسارته … سرعان ما سيشعر الرجل بذلك فيبدأ في عدم احترامها".
وتؤكد في أكثر من فقرة وتعيد مرارا وتكرارا نصح المرأة بتأخير تطوير العلاقة العاطفية إلى مرحلة ممارسة الجنس , بل وتمنعها من مجرد التفوه بأي شيء له علاقة بالجنس في الأيام الأولى , وأن تمنع أي مقدمات للجنس طوال فترة التعارف , فالمرأة لا تحب بأي حال من الأحوال أن تعلم انها على علاقة برجل متزوج , أو له علاقات مريبة سابقة أو عادات جنسية غريبة أو حتى قصة حب قديمة لا يستطيع نسيانها بعد أن تكون انتقلت لمرحلة ممارسة الجنس .. فالأفضل أن لا تعطيه هذا الحق من قبل أن تتعرف عليه معرفة تامة ويحصل على ثقتها قبل كل شيء.
وتبرر ذلك أن " حب التملك من طبع الرجل , فهو يحب أن يعلم أن الرجال الآخرين لا يستطيعون الحصول على ما يحاول هو الحصول عليه " و أن " الرجل يحب استكشاف مناطق لم يصل إليها الكثير من الرجال من قبله" .
وفي هذا الفصل ومن ضمن القصص التي تنقلها في الكتاب لتستشهد بها في تأكيد ما وصلت إليه من استنتاجات تحكي عن قصة صديقتها الصيدلانية بريتني فتقول " إنها أمرأة جميله , ولكنها دوما ما تنام مع الرجل بعد أول أو ثاني لقاء .. مؤخرا نامت مع شاب أُعجبت به كثيرا, ولكن بعد أن مارس معها الجنس مباشرة نظر إليها وقال "هل تفعلين ذلك مع كل الرجال؟ " … وحسب تفسيرها لمثل هذا الشعور الذي يصيب الرجال في مثل هذه المواقف انه " إذا عاشرت امرأة رجلا مباشرة بعد معرفته بها سيقول لنفسه في البداية - هي لا تستطيع ان تقاومني - ولكن ما أن يبدأ في حك رأسه سيتساءل ... كم من الرجال الآخرين لم تستطع أن تُقاوِم ؟ "
" قبل ممارسة الجنس لا يستطيع الرجل أن يفكر بوضوح والمرأة تفكر بصفاء تام , وبعد ممارسة الجنس يحدث العكس" , وبناء على هذه القاعدة التي ركزت عليها الكاتبة يجب أن تعلم المرأة أن الرجل يسعى إلى الجنس قبل كل شيء , فإن حصل عليه فقد حصل على هدفه ومبتغاه, وحينها تكون المرأة لا تزال في بداية طريقها إلى هدفها .. ولكنه سرعان ما يذهب بعيدا , ويحدث العكس تماما في حالة تأخير الجنس , فحينها سيجد الرجل فرصة أكبر في التعرف على شريكته . وتؤكد هذه الفكرة بقاعدة جديده تقول فيها " كل الرجال يريدون ممارسة الجنس في البداية ثم يفكر الرجل فيهم من بعد ذلك إذا كنتي ستصبحين صديقته الحميمة أم لا , ولكن عندما لا تمنحينه ما يريده ما مباشرة فستصبحين صديقته الحميمة من دون أن يدرك هو ذلك" .
وترد على تساؤل المرأة التي تخاف من فقدان الرجل التي وقعت في حبه إذا لم تمارس معه الجنس عندما يطلب , أن الرجال ينقسمون إلى نوعين رئيسين في هذا المسألة … رجل يبحث عن امرأة ليقضي معها بقية عمره , ورجل يتبع قاعدة " الثلاث لقاءات " , فالأول لن يضيره أن يمتنع عن الجنس إذا ما وجد المرأة المناسبة , وأما الثاني فإنه يرى أن المرأة التي ترفض النوم معه بعد اللقاء الثالث لا تستحق بذل المزيد من المجهود من أجلها وسيذهب إلى أول امرأة ترضي غروره وتتعرى أمامه , وترى الكاتبة أن هذا النوع من فئة " Hit & Run " وبالتالي تقول أن مثل هذا النوع كان ليتركها في كل الاحوال , حتى لو حقق هدفه وبالتالي هو لم يكن يستحق اهتمامها من البداية.
ومن الأمور التي لم تتوقف عن إعادة ذكرها أن الرجل يحب المرأة التي تتصرف على طبيعتها ولا تبالغ في إظهار مشاعرها سواء في تصرفاتها أو ملابسها , فعلى حسب رأي أحد الرجال الذين استضافتهم ان الرجل يرى المرأة مثيرة لأنها مثيرة وفقط , وليس لأنها ترتدي ملابس مثيرة أو تضع عطرا مثيرا … بل وتنصح الكاتبة النساء أن يلتزمن بملابس متحفظة نوعا ما في اللقاءات الأولى وأن لا تبالغ في تعرية جسدها , فالرجل لا يحب أن يبذل مجهودا في الحصول على ما حصل عليه مسبقا بالمجان وأنه كلما سترت جسدها أكثر زاد هذا من فضول الرجل, وأن هذا سينعكس فيما بعد في علاقتهما حيث سيرى أن ما وصل إليه لم يكن بالأمر الهين والذي سيجعله مُثارا في كل مرة يكشف فيها جسدها , وتؤكد أن المرأة لا يجب أن تثق في المجلات الدعائية التي تنشر دراسات على أن الرجل يحب طرازا معينا في الملبس او لونا مخصصا لللشفاه وفي الصفحة التالية تجد دعاية كبيرة عن نوع من أدوات المكياج تحوى نفس هذا اللون أو نفس طراز الملابس.
وكذلك لا تتوانى الكاتبة من التحذير من أن الرجل يفر من المرأة التي تبالغ في إظهار حبها لدرجة استجابتها لطلباته التي تتنافى مع مبادئها الشخصية , حتى أن بعض الرجال يضع ذلك كإختبار للمرأة , فإن تنازلت عن مبادئها في سبيل طلبه .. كانت النهاية.
وتؤكد أن المرأة التي تقع في علاقة غير مستقرة يكون فيها الجنس أمرا أساسيا لا تجد متعتها في الجنس , لأنها دوما ما تتنازل عن رغباتها في سبيل إشباع رغبة شريكها خوفا من أن يتركها ويسعى لرغباته مع إمرأة غيرها , على عكس العلاقات المستقرة حيث تثق المرأة في رجلها فلا تمتنع عن إظهار رغباتها وطلب اشباعها , بل وتضيف أن الرجل في العلاقات المستقرة لطالما يسعى لارضاء شريكته وانه يجد في ذلك نشوته … على عكس المرأة التي تتظاهر بالرضا فحينها يشعر بفشله وتضيع متعته.
وعلى الرغم من ان مثل هذه النصائح تُعتبر من " المدرسة القديمة " ومتحفظة بعض الشيء على حسب رؤية البعض , ولكن الكاتبة لم تتناسى الإشارة لهذا الأمر وتبرر ذلك أن الواقع المجتمعي خاصة الجانب الذكوري منه يتطلب مثل هذه القواعد لتحتفظ المرأة باحترامها لذاتها أمام نفسها وأمام الرجل , وحينما تلتزم بمثل هذه القواعد فقط ستتحول من مجرد " ممسحة أحذية " إلى " فتاة أحلام " وتؤكد أن أمورا مثل المساواة التامة ��ين الرجل والمرأة أو الحرية المطلقة هي أمور لا تصلح في هذا العالم , فالمرأة من طبيعتها أن تحمل وتلد وتُرضع وتحافظ على شكل جسدها بل وتمشى فوق الكعب العالي - على حسب وصفها - وأن مثل هذه الأمور تتطلب في المقابل التزام الرجل بتوفير متطلباتها الأساسية , وأن الرجل لا يحب أن يرى في امرأته شبيها بأحد أصدقائه الذكور.
هذا هو ما وصلت إليه Sherry Argov في بحثها عن أسرار العلاقة بين الرجل والمرأة فيما يخص الجنس وهذا ليس رأيها الشخصي , ولكن ما وصلت إليه بعد محاورة العديد من الرجال والنساء كان لهم نفس ردود الفعل ونفس الآراء , وبعد انتهاء مشوارها وجدت انه يجب أن تضع قواعد أساسية ترسم فيها حدود علاقة الرجل بالمرأة في المراحل المختلفة , وأن عدم التزام المرأة بمثل هذه القواعد سيجعلها مجرد "ممسحة أحذية" في نظر نفسها قبل نظر الرجل , وأن الالتزام بها ستتحول إلى فتاة أحلم يركض الرجل ورائها في سبيل تحقيق رضاها .
عندما قرأت هذه الفصل من الكتاب كان أول ما بدر لذهني ذلك الناشط الذي كتب مقالا كاملا عن حق المرأة المصرية في أن تثور على هذه المجتمع المعقد جنسيا في أن تحصل على حريتها الجنسية وأن تفعل ما تريد وقتما تحب طالما اقتنعت بما تفعل , وأنهى مقالته بطلب من السادة القراء ان لا يعلقوا على مقالته بـ "أترضاه لأختك" لأنه لا يجد حرجا في ذلك ويرضاه لأخته إذا هي أرادت لأنها حرة , وذاك الناشط الذي شبه تفاصيل الزواج بأنها عملية شراء للمرأة يبيع فيها الأب حق ممارسة الجنس مع ابنته للعريس … ثم تساءلت ماذا سيكون ردهم بعد قراءة مثل هذا الكتاب … فالحمد لله الذي حلل النكاح وحرم السفاح.
في عرض سريع سأربط ما قالته الكاتبة بالاسلام الذي أًنزل منذ 1433 عام لمن لم يستنبطها بعد :
اسلوب عرض الزواج من الرجل على المرأة حيث يسرع أهلها عل السؤال عنه للتعرف على أوضاعه بوضوح..
تشريع الخطوبة وهي المرحلة التي يتعارف فيها الرجل والمرأة في وجود الأهل مما يمنع أي مقدمات جنسية .
تشريع المهر الذي تطلبه المرأة ويكون من حقها واشتراط توفير المسكن المناسب لها وسعي الرجل لتحقيق طلباتها في سبيل كسب رضاها.
تشريع الحجاب.
تحريم الزنا عامة وتحريم ممارسة الجنس قبل الزواج الرسمي وتحقيق كل الشروط السابقة خاصة.
تحريم زواج المرأة من أكثر من رجل.
سبحانه هو خلق الخلق , وهو الأعلم بخلقه … سبحان من أنزل الإسلام ليحول المرأة من ممسحة أحذية إلى فتاة أحلام.
ولا يجب أن نتناسى حصول هذا الكتاب على أفضل المبيعات في أمريكا ذات الفكر المنفتح وبلد الحريات , صاحبة نسبة أمية = صفر ورجال ليسوا مكبوتين جنسيا .. كما انه وصل لأفضل المبيعات كذلك في بعض الدول ومنها مصر .
هذا جزء بسيط وجب عرضه من الكتاب الذي يحوي نصائحا متعددة للمرأة في مشوارها مع الرجل بدءا من اللقاء الأول وحتى ما بعد الزواج ولا يجب أن يتم تقليص الكتاب في هذا الجزء فقط ونسيان باقي الفصول التي تحوي نصائحا هامة تارة وأمورا تؤكد تماما أن النساء كيدهن عظيم تارة أخرى .. فمثلا تجد فصلا كاملا مليئا بالخدع التي تُمكِن المرأة من التحكم في زوجها وايهامه أنه هو المتحكم في كل شيء في ذات الوقت …

ثم تقول " إذا تم إلزام الرجل الانتظار قبل أن ينام مع امرأة سيراها أكثر جمالا كما انه سيستغل هذا الوقت في اكتشاف قيمتها " .. وتضيف " فحينها سيرى أنها امرأة متحفظة , ليس بالمعنى الحرفي للكلمة , ولكن في رؤية الرجل يعني هذا أنه لا يمكن لرجال آخرين أن يحصلوا عليها , في الحقيقة هو شخصيا لن يدرك أنه سيستطيع أن يحصل عليها , ولهذا فلن يحصل على رفاهية أن يعتبرها مجرد رفيقة يقضي معها وقتا جيدا" …
ثم تفرق في العديد من فقرات الكتاب بين رؤية الرجل لممسحة الأحذية وفتاة أحلامه , وتقارن بين ردود فعل كلا منهما في مواقف متعددة على حسب فصول الكتاب , وفي هذا الفصل تكتب عن ممسحة الأحذية " أنها امراة تدفع نفسها للنوم مع الرجل في أول لقائاتها به للأسباب الخاظئة" وتضيف "إذا مارست الجنس مع الرجل لمجرد شعورها أنها ملزمة بذلك خوفا من خسارته … سرعان ما سيشعر الرجل بذلك فيبدأ في عدم احترامها".
وتؤكد في أكثر من فقرة وتعيد مرارا وتكرارا نصح المرأة بتأخير تطوير العلاقة العاطفية إلى مرحلة ممارسة الجنس , بل وتمنعها من مجرد التفوه بأي شيء له علاقة بالجنس في الأيام الأولى , وأن تمنع أي مقدمات للجنس طوال فترة التعارف , فالمرأة لا تحب بأي حال من الأحوال أن تعلم انها على علاقة برجل متزوج , أو له علاقات مريبة سابقة أو عادات جنسية غريبة أو حتى قصة حب قديمة لا يستطيع نسيانها بعد أن تكون انتقلت لمرحلة ممارسة الجنس .. فالأفضل أن لا تعطيه هذا الحق من قبل أن تتعرف عليه معرفة تامة ويحصل على ثقتها قبل كل شيء.
وتبرر ذلك أن " حب التملك من طبع الرجل , فهو يحب أن يعلم أن الرجال الآخرين لا يستطيعون الحصول على ما يحاول هو الحصول عليه " و أن " الرجل يحب استكشاف مناطق لم يصل إليها الكثير من الرجال من قبله" .
وفي هذا الفصل ومن ضمن القصص التي تنقلها في الكتاب لتستشهد بها في تأكيد ما وصلت إليه من استنتاجات تحكي عن قصة صديقتها الصيدلانية بريتني فتقول " إنها أمرأة جميله , ولكنها دوما ما تنام مع الرجل بعد أول أو ثاني لقاء .. مؤخرا نامت مع شاب أُعجبت به كثيرا, ولكن بعد أن مارس معها الجنس مباشرة نظر إليها وقال "هل تفعلين ذلك مع كل الرجال؟ " … وحسب تفسيرها لمثل هذا الشعور الذي يصيب الرجال في مثل هذه المواقف انه " إذا عاشرت امرأة رجلا مباشرة بعد معرفته بها سيقول لنفسه في البداية - هي لا تستطيع ان تقاومني - ولكن ما أن يبدأ في حك رأسه سيتساءل ... كم من الرجال الآخرين لم تستطع أن تُقاوِم ؟ "
" قبل ممارسة الجنس لا يستطيع الرجل أن يفكر بوضوح والمرأة تفكر بصفاء تام , وبعد ممارسة الجنس يحدث العكس" , وبناء على هذه القاعدة التي ركزت عليها الكاتبة يجب أن تعلم المرأة أن الرجل يسعى إلى الجنس قبل كل شيء , فإن حصل عليه فقد حصل على هدفه ومبتغاه, وحينها تكون المرأة لا تزال في بداية طريقها إلى هدفها .. ولكنه سرعان ما يذهب بعيدا , ويحدث العكس تماما في حالة تأخير الجنس , فحينها سيجد الرجل فرصة أكبر في التعرف على شريكته . وتؤكد هذه الفكرة بقاعدة جديده تقول فيها " كل الرجال يريدون ممارسة الجنس في البداية ثم يفكر الرجل فيهم من بعد ذلك إذا كنتي ستصبحين صديقته الحميمة أم لا , ولكن عندما لا تمنحينه ما يريده ما مباشرة فستصبحين صديقته الحميمة من دون أن يدرك هو ذلك" .
وترد على تساؤل المرأة التي تخاف من فقدان الرجل التي وقعت في حبه إذا لم تمارس معه الجنس عندما يطلب , أن الرجال ينقسمون إلى نوعين رئيسين في هذا المسألة … رجل يبحث عن امرأة ليقضي معها بقية عمره , ورجل يتبع قاعدة " الثلاث لقاءات " , فالأول لن يضيره أن يمتنع عن الجنس إذا ما وجد المرأة المناسبة , وأما الثاني فإنه يرى أن المرأة التي ترفض النوم معه بعد اللقاء الثالث لا تستحق بذل المزيد من المجهود من أجلها وسيذهب إلى أول امرأة ترضي غروره وتتعرى أمامه , وترى الكاتبة أن هذا النوع من فئة " Hit & Run " وبالتالي تقول أن مثل هذا النوع كان ليتركها في كل الاحوال , حتى لو حقق هدفه وبالتالي هو لم يكن يستحق اهتمامها من البداية.
ومن الأمور التي لم تتوقف عن إعادة ذكرها أن الرجل يحب المرأة التي تتصرف على طبيعتها ولا تبالغ في إظهار مشاعرها سواء في تصرفاتها أو ملابسها , فعلى حسب رأي أحد الرجال الذين استضافتهم ان الرجل يرى المرأة مثيرة لأنها مثيرة وفقط , وليس لأنها ترتدي ملابس مثيرة أو تضع عطرا مثيرا … بل وتنصح الكاتبة النساء أن يلتزمن بملابس متحفظة نوعا ما في اللقاءات الأولى وأن لا تبالغ في تعرية جسدها , فالرجل لا يحب أن يبذل مجهودا في الحصول على ما حصل عليه مسبقا بالمجان وأنه كلما سترت جسدها أكثر زاد هذا من فضول الرجل, وأن هذا سينعكس فيما بعد في علاقتهما حيث سيرى أن ما وصل إليه لم يكن بالأمر الهين والذي سيجعله مُثارا في كل مرة يكشف فيها جسدها , وتؤكد أن المرأة لا يجب أن تثق في المجلات الدعائية التي تنشر دراسات على أن الرجل يحب طرازا معينا في الملبس او لونا مخصصا لللشفاه وفي الصفحة التالية تجد دعاية كبيرة عن نوع من أدوات المكياج تحوى نفس هذا اللون أو نفس طراز الملابس.
وكذلك لا تتوانى الكاتبة من التحذير من أن الرجل يفر من المرأة التي تبالغ في إظهار حبها لدرجة استجابتها لطلباته التي تتنافى مع مبادئها الشخصية , حتى أن بعض الرجال يضع ذلك كإختبار للمرأة , فإن تنازلت عن مبادئها في سبيل طلبه .. كانت النهاية.
وتؤكد أن المرأة التي تقع في علاقة غير مستقرة يكون فيها الجنس أمرا أساسيا لا تجد متعتها في الجنس , لأنها دوما ما تتنازل عن رغباتها في سبيل إشباع رغبة شريكها خوفا من أن يتركها ويسعى لرغباته مع إمرأة غيرها , على عكس العلاقات المستقرة حيث تثق المرأة في رجلها فلا تمتنع عن إظهار رغباتها وطلب اشباعها , بل وتضيف أن الرجل في العلاقات المستقرة لطالما يسعى لارضاء شريكته وانه يجد في ذلك نشوته … على عكس المرأة التي تتظاهر بالرضا فحينها يشعر بفشله وتضيع متعته.
وعلى الرغم من ان مثل هذه النصائح تُعتبر من " المدرسة القديمة " ومتحفظة بعض الشيء على حسب رؤية البعض , ولكن الكاتبة لم تتناسى الإشارة لهذا الأمر وتبرر ذلك أن الواقع المجتمعي خاصة الجانب الذكوري منه يتطلب مثل هذه القواعد لتحتفظ المرأة باحترامها لذاتها أمام نفسها وأمام الرجل , وحينما تلتزم بمثل هذه القواعد فقط ستتحول من مجرد " ممسحة أحذية " إلى " فتاة أحلام " وتؤكد أن أمورا مثل المساواة التامة ��ين الرجل والمرأة أو الحرية المطلقة هي أمور لا تصلح في هذا العالم , فالمرأة من طبيعتها أن تحمل وتلد وتُرضع وتحافظ على شكل جسدها بل وتمشى فوق الكعب العالي - على حسب وصفها - وأن مثل هذه الأمور تتطلب في المقابل التزام الرجل بتوفير متطلباتها الأساسية , وأن الرجل لا يحب أن يرى في امرأته شبيها بأحد أصدقائه الذكور.
هذا هو ما وصلت إليه Sherry Argov في بحثها عن أسرار العلاقة بين الرجل والمرأة فيما يخص الجنس وهذا ليس رأيها الشخصي , ولكن ما وصلت إليه بعد محاورة العديد من الرجال والنساء كان لهم نفس ردود الفعل ونفس الآراء , وبعد انتهاء مشوارها وجدت انه يجب أن تضع قواعد أساسية ترسم فيها حدود علاقة الرجل بالمرأة في المراحل المختلفة , وأن عدم التزام المرأة بمثل هذه القواعد سيجعلها مجرد "ممسحة أحذية" في نظر نفسها قبل نظر الرجل , وأن الالتزام بها ستتحول إلى فتاة أحلم يركض الرجل ورائها في سبيل تحقيق رضاها .
عندما قرأت هذه الفصل من الكتاب كان أول ما بدر لذهني ذلك الناشط الذي كتب مقالا كاملا عن حق المرأة المصرية في أن تثور على هذه المجتمع المعقد جنسيا في أن تحصل على حريتها الجنسية وأن تفعل ما تريد وقتما تحب طالما اقتنعت بما تفعل , وأنهى مقالته بطلب من السادة القراء ان لا يعلقوا على مقالته بـ "أترضاه لأختك" لأنه لا يجد حرجا في ذلك ويرضاه لأخته إذا هي أرادت لأنها حرة , وذاك الناشط الذي شبه تفاصيل الزواج بأنها عملية شراء للمرأة يبيع فيها الأب حق ممارسة الجنس مع ابنته للعريس … ثم تساءلت ماذا سيكون ردهم بعد قراءة مثل هذا الكتاب … فالحمد لله الذي حلل النكاح وحرم السفاح.
في عرض سريع سأربط ما قالته الكاتبة بالاسلام الذي أًنزل منذ 1433 عام لمن لم يستنبطها بعد :
اسلوب عرض الزواج من الرجل على المرأة حيث يسرع أهلها عل السؤال عنه للتعرف على أوضاعه بوضوح..
تشريع الخطوبة وهي المرحلة التي يتعارف فيها الرجل والمرأة في وجود الأهل مما يمنع أي مقدمات جنسية .
تشريع المهر الذي تطلبه المرأة ويكون من حقها واشتراط توفير المسكن المناسب لها وسعي الرجل لتحقيق طلباتها في سبيل كسب رضاها.
تشريع الحجاب.
تحريم الزنا عامة وتحريم ممارسة الجنس قبل الزواج الرسمي وتحقيق كل الشروط السابقة خاصة.
تحريم زواج المرأة من أكثر من رجل.
سبحانه هو خلق الخلق , وهو الأعلم بخلقه … سبحان من أنزل الإسلام ليحول المرأة من ممسحة أحذية إلى فتاة أحلام.
ولا يجب أن نتناسى حصول هذا الكتاب على أفضل المبيعات في أمريكا ذات الفكر المنفتح وبلد الحريات , صاحبة نسبة أمية = صفر ورجال ليسوا مكبوتين جنسيا .. كما انه وصل لأفضل المبيعات كذلك في بعض الدول ومنها مصر .
هذا جزء بسيط وجب عرضه من الكتاب الذي يحوي نصائحا متعددة للمرأة في مشوارها مع الرجل بدءا من اللقاء الأول وحتى ما بعد الزواج ولا يجب أن يتم تقليص الكتاب في هذا الجزء فقط ونسيان باقي الفصول التي تحوي نصائحا هامة تارة وأمورا تؤكد تماما أن النساء كيدهن عظيم تارة أخرى .. فمثلا تجد فصلا كاملا مليئا بالخدع التي تُمكِن المرأة من التحكم في زوجها وايهامه أنه هو المتحكم في كل شيء في ذات الوقت …

This is the worst "self help" book I have ever read. The dumb fox theory completely negates the entire book. How are you going to prove you don't need a man around when you can't change a tire or lightbulb without him? RIDICULOUS! I'm not going to dumb myself down to make my boyfriend feel better about himself that's his insecurity issues to work on! This book basically teaches a woman how to play mind games and be passive agressive which in my opinion are NOT going to land you a healthy, long term relationship!

Speaking of the book objectively: It contais a number of advices on pursuing something called "worthy man" or "good man". Such a man is romantic and cares for her potential partner, but is also childish, ego-oriented and selfish. He must be conducted by flattery and misconception. Many of the techniques showed in the book are going to work on a large number of males, in my opinion.
It is also of my opinion that the outcome of this book is disgusting. All the prescriptive and inductive methods on how a woman should "deal" with a man are the sign a given woman has been looking for the wrong male profile. Considering such a view, having a dog is much more rewarding and for half the effort.
It is my perception of what a worthy man is that makes me think I'd loath such treatment. The "dumb fox" - the archetypical woman who plays dumb to get what she wants and that is also the star role in the book - is not the woman I would look for, neither as a companion, nor as a friend. In fact, I'd like to keep all dumb foxes and their falsehood as away from me as I could.
I want a woman who has no need to deceive, nor is conceited and also not afraid to speak up for herself. She doesn't "keep her cards close", but puts everything in the table when the other side follows.
If you are a woman and want to board a relationship in which you manipulate and calculate a male in order to make him obey by sexual bribery and misdirection, please read it. It is probably going to both work and testify you found yourself a worthless mimicry excuse for a man, and, of course, that says something about yourself as well.
Enjoy while you can.

I solemnly swear that I am up to no good with this review

Who? WHO TOLD YOU THAT?!
I read this book out of curiosity and for experimental purposes. I did it for science. Besides it was either this or 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen. R. Covey. I feel effective enough as I am right now. Should've gone with the effectiveness anyway.
So I spent the past few days learning about the bitch theory: How to be a bitch. The bitch lifestyle. What the bitch eats, sleeps, thinks. Go for the crotch or rip his heart out straight up
But first. What the author means by this term - Bitch.
Pretty great I'd say. I learnt a lot from this book...that I will not be using. Why? Because I don't want to be a "bitch." I disagree strongly with a lot of points in here. Nice girl syndrome? Maybe. Some points were solid, I won't do this book a dishonour and be oblivious to them but I believe you can be a "nice girl" and still be firm and strong. I believe you don't need strategies and game plans in relationships. Trickery and a whole lot of other shenanigans to effect commitment. If you do then don't be sorry when it feels like a lie. Because it is a lie. The problem wasn't the advice and tips itself, but more about the context and how they projected the imagery of puppet and puppet master.
Eeeeeeeee WRONG. If all that planning and strategizing isn't manipulation then my name is Tuli periwinkle. That is too manipulation.
This book is so pretentious. This is the same book that seeks to expose and condemn the tricks men play and their own attention seeking methods. And yet it supplies us readily with tricks of our own. I'm imagining that scene from Pitch Perfect where the bellas have a riff off(Category: Songs about sex) with the Trebles. I'm imagining a red line and on both sides of it the two genders are armed, with swords drawn, and ready for war. I'm imagining Levana with her hands up in the air screaming: "Love is a conquest. Love is a war!" Someone's going to lose or get hurt.
Tell me something I don't know.
Have you ever heard of the theory of classical conditioning by Pavlov? The Russian physiologist carried out an experiment which in time garnered the term, Pavlovian conditioning. We know dogs normally salivate at the sight of food. "Okay", Pavlov said. This was an unconditioned response, as in something inherent and unlearned. Pavlov noticed that his dogs automatically associated food with his entrance into the room and always delivered a salivary response(assuming he came bearing gifts). The objective of classical conditioning was to get the dogs to associate a particular thing(stimulus) with the reward(food). To teach them to react this way. Even I'm not in support of this, I imagine a day of high frustration when you forget to bring the offerings, those dogs are going to bite you. But if you're lucky they'll go straight for the jugular and make it quick.
In his experiment, Pavlov used a bell as his neutral stimulus. Whenever he gave food to his dogs, he also rang a bell. After a number of repeats of this procedure, he tried the bell on its own. And what do you know? The bell on its own now caused an increase in salivation. The dog had learned an association between the bell and the food and a new behavior had been learnt. Because this response was learned (or conditioned), it is called a conditioned response. The neutral stimulus has become a conditioned stimulus. I don't think I need to explain how abnormal it is for me to think of this experiment while reading this book.
What woman doesn't want respect? But now we debate this saying: "The end doesn't justify the means." There's the common example of children who were beaten growing up good. Such great exemplary kids with such great unjustifiable scars. If you have to manipulate every time to get your desired result in a relationship, be this-be that-be those, twist and bend and change shape until you bend out of form, to a certain extent this tactic might be productive but - Where does your peace of mind lie? While this book may rely on a man's denseness(not me, the book implies), he's not stupid, he'll notice the pattern and act the way you want, get what he wants anyway and it all becomes reverse psychology. Say hello to the boomerang theory. I guess it's a win-win situation where we're all happy and satisfied but this kind of happiness can only be marked by impermanence. Always having to go through a ritual of push and pull - humans are not springs, even the most resilient toys get broken. Now with your brain juice bleeding out and him mentally exhausted, it's a wonderful life, right? There's a difference between being smart and being a strategist. I was also really annoyed by how the author's male references were cardboard-cut-out-one-track minded jerks.
I know one man and I can swear on my Harry Potter books that he is not a chasing sex animal or hunter on the prowl(Roarrr). But since the real references in this book outnumber my vote by many to one, I'll bow out of this argument.
It is of my opinion that yes, one shouldn't waste effort on the wrong person and lose one's self by giving too much but then you shouldn't resort to selfish, childish mind games and still lose yourself trying to act a role. It's like living on two extremes. How about finding a middle ground?
☑ First lesson should've been:
➡(Try to)Be okay with yourself as a person. As an individual. Throwing yourself into a role in a relationship is simply blunder-fail-bollocks-batshit-stupid.
And...
➡ I really felt sad reading some of the things the men who were interviewed for this book said. Some of them honestly came off as JERKS who never learned that Tom and Jerry games should never escalate outside of the screen. I look forward to them featuring in the sexy counterpart: Why women love jerks: The A-Z. A man's guide to being the greatest jerk of a woman's life - Grow up my friends.
➡ The only thing I can say concerning this book is take what you want and leave the rest, fashion it to your own use. Be yourself and if a man asks for something not you, run away. Fast. Until your legs touch the back of your head.

The intention of this book is true. The contents... It's a matter of who's reading it and what they're taking from it. So the right thing to say is not: "This book is wrong" or "Whoo-hoo! Women empowerment gone awry." I liked quite a few things about this book, a few hold true, but this just wasn't me. For me. And what do you know? The bell on its own now caused an increase in salivation. The dog had learned an association between the bell and the food and a new behavior had been learnt. Because this response was learned (or conditioned), it is called a conditioned response. The neutral stimulus has become a conditioned stimulus. I don't think I need to explain how abnormal it is for me to think of this experiment while reading this book.
What woman doesn't want respect? But now we debate this saying: "The end doesn't justify the means." There's the common example of children who were beaten growing up good. Such great exemplary kids with such great unjustifiable scars. If you have to manipulate every time to get your desired result in a relationship, be this-be that-be those, twist and bend and change shape until you bend out of form, to a certain extent this tactic might be productive but - Where does your peace of mind lie? While this book may rely on a man's denseness(not me, the book implies), he's not stupid, he'll notice the pattern and act the way you want, get what he wants anyway and it all becomes reverse psychology. Say hello to the boomerang theory. I guess it's a win-win situation where we're all happy and satisfied but this kind of happiness can only be marked by impermanence. Always having to go through a ritual of push and pull - humans are not springs, even the most resilient toys get broken. Now with your brain juice bleeding out and him mentally exhausted, it's a wonderful life, right? There's a difference between being smart and being a strategist. I was also really annoyed by how the author's male references were cardboard-cut-out-one-track minded jerks.
Every man wants to have sex first; whether he wants a girlfriend is something he thinks about later. By not giving him what he wants upfront, you become his girlfriend without him realizing it" And after giving him sex, he would just let himself chase after the next hottie on the block.
I know one man and I can swear on my Harry Potter books that he is not a chasing sex animal or hunter on the prowl(Roarrr). But since the real references in this book outnumber my vote by many to one, I'll bow out of this argument.
It is of my opinion that yes, one shouldn't waste effort on the wrong person and lose one's self by giving too much but then you shouldn't resort to selfish, childish mind games and still lose yourself trying to act a role. It's like living on two extremes. How about finding a middle ground?
☑ First lesson should've been:
➡(Try to)Be okay with yourself as a person. As an individual. Throwing yourself into a role in a relationship is simply blunder-fail-bollocks-batshit-stupid.

➡ I really felt sad reading some of the things the men who were interviewed for this book said. Some of them honestly came off as JERKS who never learned that Tom and Jerry games should never escalate outside of the screen. I look forward to them featuring in the sexy counterpart: Why women love jerks: The A-Z. A man's guide to being the greatest jerk of a woman's life - Grow up my friends.
➡ The only thing I can say concerning this book is take what you want and leave the rest, fashion it to your own use. Be yourself and if a man asks for something not you, run away. Fast. Until your legs touch the back of your head.
Initially all I had to say to this book was
The intention of this book is true. The contents... It's a matter of who's reading it and what they're taking from it. So the right thing to say is not: "This book is wrong" or "Whoo-hoo! Women empowerment gone awry." I liked quite a few things about this book, a few hold true, but this just wasn't me. For me. But on the bright side there were really stellar quotes that meant a lot to me. Like the one I leave you with now:
Throughout life, people will try to shake your faith in yourself. When this happens, remind yourself that the only way they can succeed is if you allow it. When you walk down the street of life, always hold your head high and keep walking. Don’t ever let anyone shake your faith in yourself, because that’s really all that you have.

I read this on the recommendation of a friend, and it was the worst book I have ever read in my life - which is really saying something, because I read 50 Shades of Grey.
If this book is by any means an accurate depiction of modern relationships - hell no. I will gladly just stay single for the rest of my days rather than dealing with this fucking nonsense:
"Whenever he does something handy around the house like putting up a shelf, praise him. It doesn't matter if the shelf hangs at a 45-degree angle." What the actual fuck? No.
"Men have big egos and they need to have them stroked. This is what the 'dumb fox' does." No.
"A tip: When you are at his place any day of the week, don't do any housework" What the - WHY IS THIS A TIP? Are women doing this? Fine. I agree with this one. STOP THAT.
"Never ask a man to do something more than twice or he'll feel as though he's being scolded by Mom." Are you dating a 12 year old?
"If that fateful day ever does arrive when he tells you that you are a bitch? Stop, and take a deep breath. Then enjoy the moment. Smile internally as you say to yourself, 'Okay. Now I know he truly does love me.'" Holy hell. This is the most terrifying paragraph in the English language. Nope nope nope nope nope nope nope.

المراه نوعين :الكتاب مبني على عشرين قاعدة اساسية يجب ان تفهمها كل امراة
القاعدة الاولى:
كل شيء يلاحقه المرء يهرب منه.
فاذا كنت تلاحقين زوجك بالاتصالات والاسئلة والتودد الزائد غير المبرر فهو حتما سيهرب لانك تضعينه تحت ضغط كبير وتحرمينه من التحدي للفوز برضاك فانت تكافئينه بمناسبة وبغير مناسبه فلم عساه يسعى لرضاك؟؟
القاعدة الثانية:
النساء اللاتي يتسلقن لهن الرجال الصعاب ليسو بالضرورة سيدات استثنائيات..!! وانما هم غالبا" من الصنف الذي لا يظهر الاهتمام الشديد والحاجة_ وانا اسميها تسول العاطفة_ الى تلك الدرجة.
القاعدة الثالثة:
على المرأة ان تبين للرجل بأنها مكافئة له على جميع المستويات المادي والمعنوي حتى لا يشعر بانه يمتلكها ويسيطر عليها في العلاقة بنسبة 100%
القاعدة الرابعة:
ان موقفك من نفسك وشعورك تجاه ذاتك ذلك هو ما يتبناه الرجل في معاملته لك
تصرفي وعاملي نفسك كجائزة ثمينة وستحولينه الى مصدق...!!!
ان التحول يبدأ دائما" من الداخل فاذا كنت تعتقدين انك لست اهلا" للاحترام ولا تحترمي نفسك ولا تقدرين ذاتك فلا تنتظري منه ان يحترمك او يقدرك..فالرجل كائن ذكي وحتما" سيشعر بما تكنينه تجاه نفسك.
مثلا": المرأة اللي تقول ليش زوج فلانه يشتري لها هدية ثمينه _خاتم ماسي مثلا" مع انه فقير وزوجي انا غني وما يشتري لي ؟؟؟ احساس زوجها با كامرأة تستحق ��و ما دفعه الى ذلك وهو بالدرجة الاولى احساسها تجاه نفسها والذي نقلته اليه لا شعوريا"..اما انتي فاذا كنت تستخسرين هالخاتم على نفسك فلا تتوقعي ان يجود به عليك..فالمرأة من خلال سلوكها وكلامها ترسل الى الرجل رسائل حول تقديرها وحبها لذاتها.
القاعدة الخامسة:
الفرق بين المرأة القوية والضعيفة الخوف فالمرأة القوية تظهر بشكل غير مباشر عدم خوفها من فقده .
يعني لا تقولين انا بدونك امووووت وما اقدر اعيش...انت كل حياتي ..انا بدونك ولا شي !!
لا تزعجينه بالاسئلة تحبني؟؟ ما تحبني؟؟ اشتقت لي؟؟ اشرايك فيني؟؟؟ اشرايك في علاقتنا ؟مرتاح معاي ولا لا؟؟
هاذي اسئلة ساااااذجة تنم عن خوف وعدم الثقة بالنفس وتشكل ضغط على الرجل لانه قد يضطر الى الكذب..!! ولانك تطالبينه بمقاييس قد تحتاج العلاقة وقتا" وجهدا" للوصول اليها .
لقاعدة السادسة:
اذا كانت الخيارات كرامتها او الحب والعاطفة فالساقطة تضع كرامتها فوق كل اعتبار.
الساقطة تبقى ذات الشخص الذي كانت عليه قبل الزواج فهي لا تخسر صداقاتها ولا تتخلى عن وظيفتها وهواياتها .لا تعطي جل وقتها واهتمامها للشريك على عكس الحبوبة التي تسامح وتغفر عدم الاحترام والتقليل من شأنها ومحاولة تغيير هويتها .
الساقطه تبقي على الحدود وتتمتع بثقه عظيمه النفس تجعلها تتخذ قراراتها بنفسها .لانها ليست خائفه من فقد الرجل ومما يثير العجب انه هو من يخاف من فقدانها. لانه يعلم تماما" انها ليست بحاجته بل هي اختارته..هناك فرق بين الحاجة والاختيار..
وهنا لا اتحدث عن امرأة سليطة اللسان مفتولة العضلات بل هي امرأة لطييفة عذبه واضحه ولبقة .كل ما في الامرانها تتعامل مع الرجل كما يتعامل الرجال مع بعضهم البعض _الوضوح والصراحة_ وبهذاتسهل على الرجل فهم مطالبها على عكس المرأة الحبوبة التي تطالب بما تريد بكثييير من العاطفية والدوران حول الهدف والتي لا يفهمها الرجل وقد يصاب بالحيرة والتوهان. فهي تبكي وتطالب وتترجى ولكنه للاسف..لا يفهمها..!
قابلي الساقطة وتعرفي عليها

لا تلاحق الرجل
الشمس والقمر والنجوم لا تدور حوله..!! فهي لا تلاحقه هو بالنسبة لها ليس مركز الكون..

هناك فرق بين الصدق والكتمان_والكتمان يعني الستر وترك الهذرة اللي بلا معنى والتي تجعلك كتاب مفتوووح امامه لا جديد فيه باختصااار>>.الساقطة صادقه ولكنها لا تظهر كل شيء . فالميانه تولد الاحتقار والانكشاف التام يولد الملل.<< سوري ما لقيت كلمه عربيه مرادفه فحطيت الاقرب بلغتنا العامية الميانه...
لا تسمح له بان يتمادى..!!
في نقاشها معه تسيطر على سير النقاش وتعي تماماً ما تقول كما تعي كيف توقفه عند حده وتحمي نفسها..ولا تسمح له بالتجاوز..عندما يكون احدهما غاضباً. عندما تشعر بانها فقدت السيطرة تؤجل النقاش الى ان تهدأ و تجمع افكارها وتعد ما تقول
مرحة
تتمتع بقدر كبير من تقدير الذات
عندما يطري على شكلها تكتفي بقول..شكرا" ولا تناقش الاطراء وتجعل منه حديث الساعة<<وكانها ما صدقت...يعني مثلا" قال لها تسريحتك حلوة ..تكتفي بقول شكرا" ما تبالغ في شكرة وتقول له وين سوتها وبكم وكم استغرقت من الوقت خخخخ...
هي لا تسأل عن علاقاته السابقة او عن من عرف من النساء وهذا يدل على ثقتها بنفسها.
لديها هموم وشغف في حياتها اكبر واهم من الرجل
عندما يشعر الرجل بانه ليس الا جزء من عالمها الكبير يتعلق
بها اكثر فاكثر..<< تذكرون التحدي .. بقائها مشغولة دائما" في شيء لا يخصة يجعله يعجب بها فهي ليست بائسة بدونه.
تعامل جسدها بحب واحترام بالغ
احترام الشخص لنفسه يعكسه مظهره الخارجي . هي تهتم بجسدها وتفعل ما يسعدها..من وضع المكياج وارتداء الملابس المتناسقة الانيقة
وبعد ما تعرفنا الى الساقطة وقربنا منها شوي...عودة مرة اخرى الى القواااعد
القاعدة السابعة:
عندما لا تخضع المرأة بسهولة و لا تظهر ضعيفة او مستسلمة فانها تحفز وتثير الرجل اكثر للفوز بحبها.
الرجل يتمتع اكثر ما يتمتع بلعبة " التحدي" فلا تحرميه منها ..
فعندما يذهب الرجل في رحلة صيد غزلان حيث يبيت في الصحراء في خيمة بلاستيكية غير مريحة بلا مكيفات ولا ماء نظيف ولا خدمات ..ويأكل اكثر الطعام قرفا" وبساطة ...لم كل هذا؟؟

وما ان يصطاد الفريسة حتى يشعر بفرحة غامرة ويعود لاصحابه كطاووس ..فخور بصيده وما ان يعود الى البيت حتى يعلق رأس الغزال على الحائط كانجاز رائع يفرح به كلما نظر الى رأس الغزال..
ماذا لو انه لم يذهب في رحلة الصيد تلك...وفتح الباب صباحا" ليجد رأس الغزال ملقى" عند بابه اكان ليفرح به كما فرح بالغزال الاول..؟؟
ام سيرميه في اقرب سلة مهملات؟؟
هذه طبيعة الرجال يحبون المغامرة والتحدي..لاحظي العابهم المفضلة وهواياتهم..السباقات..كرة القدم..والصيد..!!!
خلاصة القول هنا...دعيه يستحق ما تعطيه..فلا تعطي بلا مقابل..حتى لا يخسر العطاء قيمته ووزنه.
القاعدة الثامنه:
لا تضعيه تحت الميكروسكوب..
لا تحاصرينه بالاسئله ولا تراقبينه ولا تشككين به ولا تهتمي به لدرجة الاختناق لا تلاحقيه من مكان الى مكان في البيت وكانه شغلك الشاغل..اعطيه مساحته الخاصه.
القاعدة التاسعة:
عندما تطالب المرأة بالكثير _عاطفيا_ فسوف يستاء وينزعج..اعطيه الحرية والمساحة ليعطيما يريد وما يستطيع.
القاعدة العاشرة:
تقبليه كما هو ليشعر بالارتياح والقبول..

يعني الرجل ذكي جدا" سيختبرك ليعلم مدى تعلقك به وضعفك..فكلما ضعفت وتعلقت به وبينت مدى خوفك وقلقك كلما ضعف موقفك في العلاقة وقل اعجابه بك.
القاعدة الثانية عشرة:
يشعر الرجل بحدسه ما اذا كان الجنس نابعا" من الحاجة والخوف _لتأكيد وجوده بجانبها واستمراره معها_ او ما اذا كان نابعا" من رغبة انثوية حقيقية...!!
على عكس الحبوبة فان القويه تعتقد بان لديها الكثير من مقومات الجاذبية والمميزات التي تجذب الرجل غير الجنس..!!ولذا فهي على عكس الحبوبة لا تمثل...!! ولا تتحامل على نفسها..!! ولا تسعى لارضاء الشريك على حساب نفسها.. بل تستمتع بكل شغف بهذه اللحظات "الجنس" مع الشريك مما يثير جنون الشريك واعجابه.
ملاحظة:
ما يحافظ على شغف الرجل شيئان:
1. احساسة بانك تجدينه مثير جنسيا"<< ولهذا ولهذا فقططط تمارسين الجنس معه
2. استمرار ووجود لعبة " التحدي"

لا تتحلطمين.."الله يرحم ايام الخطوبة ..ايام ما كنت تشتري لي ورد..!!!" لا لا لا والف لا..هالاسلووب غلط..!!
قولي "البوكيهات اللي كنت تجيبها لي ايام الخطوبة اروع واغرب ��وكيهات شفتها بحياتي..!!
لا تشتكين وتقولين "انت ما تعرف توديني مطاعم مثل الاوادم والناس"
قولي " المطاعم اللي وديتني لها كلها شيك ومميزة...ذوقك راقي" حسسيه بالرضى عن نفسه والثقة ليقدم لك الافضل وليحرص على ان يحافظ على صورة الملك الشهم امامك..!!!
القاعدة الرابعة عشرة:
كلما كنت رقيقة وانثوية كلما عززتي شعوره الرجولي ب"حماية الانثى" وكلما كنت قوية وبمعنى اخر دفشه كلما عززتي شعوره " بالمنافسة"..حسسيه بقوته ..فكلما احس بالقوة كلما اراد ان يحميك ويحتويك ويقدم لك العالم..!!

مثلا" ما في داعي تحكي له عن مغامراتك لما ذبحتي الحية ولما فزتي في مسابقة رفع الاثقال..!!

عندما تجعلين من نفسك "سوبر وومان" والقادرة على فعل كل شيء ستجدين نفسك مجبرة بان تقومين بكل شيء فعلا"
يعني عوديه على ان يقوم بمهامه ..من شراء البقاله..تطعيمات الاطفال..توصيلهم الى المدرسة...صيانة المنزل...الخ
لا تقومي بالدورين اطلاقا" فان تعود على ذلك يفقد احساسه برجولته ومسؤوليته كما ينسى أنوثتك..ووقتها عاد..انسي انه يرجع يتحمل المسؤولية
القاعدة السابعة عشر:
الاكثار من الحديث حول العلاقة يسلبها عامل (الغموض).
وسبق ان تكلمت عن الاسئلة ..تحبني..مرتاح ..مب مرتاح..وغيرها وغيرها
القاعدة الثامنة عشر:
يحترم الرجل المرأة التي تطالب بما تريد بطريقة واضحه وبالمختصر المفيد لانها اللغة الوحيدة التي يفهمها الرجال..
فهو لا يفهم لغة الدموع والمراوغة حول الهدف
وهالشي ايضا" سبق وذكرته سابقا" في شرح احدى النقاط..
القاعدة التاسعة عشرة :
معظم النساء يتوقون الى الحصول على اشياء من الرجل...يجدر بهن ان يق��منها هن لانفسهن..!!
تعتقد الفتاة الضعيفة للاسف بأنها كل ما اعطت كلما حازت على رضا الرجل وكلما قدر لها الرجل ذلك.._وبالتالي تشعر بالرضا عن نفسها..فهي تجهل للاسف ان الرضا عن النفس يبدأ من الداخل_ .
ولكن حينما يأت الوقت الذي تتوقع فيه ان يرد لها المعروف..فانها تصدم وتحبط وبشدة..!!
لا يدرك الرجل حجم التضحيات التي قامت بها الحبوبة لانها وببساطة ما ان دخل حياتها حتى غيرتها 180 درجة لتتوافق مع ما يناسب حبيب القلب....لذا فهو تعود على ذلك..فلم ولن يشعر بما قدمته من تضحيات..لانه مجاني..ولم يطلب منك اساسا"..!!
وللاسف فان الفتاة الضعيفة بعد ان تتخلى عن كل شيء لرضى عيون سي السيد فهي تبدأ بمطالبته بفعل الشيء ذاته وتمضية جل وقته معها ولكنها تنصدم بأنه لن يغير حياته ولن يتخلى عن هواياته وصداقاته لسواد عيونها ..!! وما ان تشعر بذلك حتى تبدأ بالضغط عليه والحنه والرنه..!!
ولكنه في المقابل لا يشعر بهذا الضغط من الساقطة فهو يشتاق اليها اشد الشوق.. ويحترمها لانها لا تتصرف كالضعيفة..فهي تبدو له امرأة سعيدة لها عالما و"عايشة حياتها" به وبدونه..!!
فالمرأة تبدو امنه وقوية اكثر في عين الرجل عندما يشعر بانه لم يستطع بان يغير حياتها وهويتها فتبدو راضيه عن نفسها امامة وسعيدة..ولذا فهو يعشقها..
القاعدة 20 :
الضعيفه تعطي الكثير و الكثير من نفسها لترضي الطرف الاخر وتسعدة ولكنها لا تكترث حقا" برضاها وسعادتها..
على عكس الساقطة التي تضع نفسها نمبر 1 وفوق كل شيء...!! ]

مثلا": المرأة اللي تقول ليش زوج فلانه يشتري لها هدية ثمينه _خاتم ماسي مثلا" مع انه فقير وزوجي انا غني وما يشتري لي ؟؟؟ احساس زوجها با كامرأة تستحق ��و ما دفعه الى ذلك وهو بالدرجة الاولى احساسها تجاه نفسها والذي نقلته اليه لا شعوريا"..اما انتي فاذا كنت تستخسرين هالخاتم على نفسك فلا تتوقعي ان يجود به عليك..فالمرأة من خلال سلوكها وكلامها ترسل الى الرجل رسائل حول تقديرها وحبها لذاتها.
القاعدة الخامسة:
الفرق بين المرأة القوية والضعيفة الخوف فالمرأة القوية تظهر بشكل غير مباشر عدم خوفها من فقده .

لقاعدة السادسة:
اذا كانت الخيارات كرامتها او الحب والعاطفة فالساقطة تضع كرامتها فوق كل اعتبار.
الساقطة تبقى ذات الشخص الذي كانت عليه قبل الزواج فهي لا تخسر صداقاتها ولا تتخلى عن وظيفتها وهواياتها .لا تعطي جل وقتها واهتمامها للشريك على عكس الحبوبة التي تسامح وتغفر عدم الاحترام والتقليل من شأنها ومحاولة تغيير هويتها .

وهنا لا اتحدث عن امرأة سليطة اللسان مفتولة العضلات بل هي امرأة لطييفة عذبه واضحه ولبقة .كل ما في الامرانها تتعامل مع الرجل كما يتعامل الرجال مع بعضهم البعض _الوضوح والصراحة_ وبهذاتسهل على الرجل فهم مطالبها على عكس المرأة الحبوبة التي تطالب بما تريد بكثييير من العاطفية والدوران حول الهدف والتي لا يفهمها الرجل وقد يصاب بالحيرة والتوهان. فهي تبكي وتطالب وتترجى ولكنه للاسف..لا يفهمها..!

في نقاشها معه تسيطر على سير النقاش وتعي تماماً ما تقول كما تعي كيف توقفه عند حده وتحمي نفسها..ولا تسمح له بالتجاوز..عندما يكون احدهما غاضباً. عندما تشعر بانها فقدت السيطرة تؤجل النقاش الى ان تهدأ و تجمع افكارها وتعد ما تقول

عندما يطري على شكلها تكتفي بقول..شكرا" ولا تناقش الاطراء وتجعل منه حديث الساعة<<وكانها ما صدقت...يعني مثلا" قال لها تسريحتك حلوة ..تكتفي بقول شكرا" ما تبالغ في شكرة وتقول له وين سوتها وبكم وكم استغرقت من الوقت خخخخ...
هي لا تسأل عن علاقاته السابقة او عن من عرف من النساء وهذا يدل على ثقتها بنفسها.
لديها هموم وشغف في حياتها اكبر واهم من الرجل
عندما يشعر الرجل بانه ليس الا جزء من عالمها الكبير يتعلق

عندما لا تخضع المرأة بسهولة و لا تظهر ضعيفة او مستسلمة فانها تحفز وتثير الرجل اكثر للفوز بحبها.

هذه طبيعة الرجال يحبون المغامرة والتحدي..لاحظي العابهم المفضلة وهواياتهم..السباقات..كرة القدم..والصيد..!!!
خلاصة القول هنا...دعيه يستحق ما تعطيه..فلا تعطي بلا مقابل..حتى لا يخسر العطاء قيمته ووزنه.
القاعدة الثامنه:
لا تضعيه تحت الميكروسكوب..
لا تحاصرينه بالاسئله ولا تراقبينه ولا تشككين به ولا تهتمي به لدرجة الاختناق لا تلاحقيه من مكان الى مكان في البيت وكانه شغلك الشاغل..اعطيه مساحته الخاصه.
القاعدة التاسعة:
عندما تطالب المرأة بالكثير _عاطفيا_ فسوف يستاء وينزعج..اعطيه الحرية والمساحة ليعطيما يريد وما يستطيع.

لا يدرك الرجل حجم التضحيات التي قامت بها الحبوبة لانها وببساطة ما ان دخل حياتها حتى غيرتها 180 درجة لتتوافق مع ما يناسب حبيب القلب....لذا فهو تعود على ذلك..فلم ولن يشعر بما قدمته من تضحيات..لانه مجاني..ولم يطلب منك اساسا"..!!
وللاسف فان الفتاة الضعيفة بعد ان تتخلى عن كل شيء لرضى عيون سي السيد فهي تبدأ بمطالبته بفعل الشيء ذاته وتمضية جل وقته معها ولكنها تنصدم بأنه لن يغير حياته ولن يتخلى عن هواياته وصداقاته لسواد عيونها ..!! وما ان تشعر بذلك حتى تبدأ بالضغط عليه والحنه والرنه..!!
ولكنه في المقابل لا يشعر بهذا الضغط من الساقطة فهو يشتاق اليها اشد الشوق.. ويحترمها لانها لا تتصرف كالضعيفة..فهي تبدو له امرأة سعيدة لها عالما و"عايشة حياتها" به وبدونه..!!
فالمرأة تبدو امنه وقوية اكثر في عين الرجل عندما يشعر بانه لم يستطع بان يغير حياتها وهويتها فتبدو راضيه عن نفسها امامة وسعيدة..ولذا فهو يعشقها..
القاعدة 20 :
الضعيفه تعطي الكثير و الكثير من نفسها لترضي الطرف الاخر وتسعدة ولكنها لا تكترث حقا" برضاها وسعادتها..
على عكس الساقطة التي تضع نفسها نمبر 1 وفوق كل شيء...!! ]

I felt compelled to write a review about this book because it changed the way I dated and most importantly changed the way I treated myself. This is one of the most influential self help books I have ever read and I have made all of my girlfriends read it. Sherri Argov is insightful and cuts through BS with her sword of truth. Yes the title is a bit much but you get the true meaning of the word bitch when you actually read the book. The underlying premise of the book is about having self respect, self love and maintaining control of yourself and your power as a woman. I have read this book time and time again and can tell you with utmost conviction that all the principals in the book work like a charm with men. It's not about playing a game, its about holding your own. They absolutely love bitches, they can't get enough of us. This book is a secret weapon for women every where. I truly felt awakened and empowered in every sense of the word after first reading this book. It truly changed my life and I have not said that about many books. A must read for all women!

This book is such BS. It's not worth the read. I was rolling my eyes throughout most of it.
I thought this book would be all about female empowerment in relationships but instead it's another self help book telling women how to act in order to get men to like them.
If you want to find the man for you the solution is easy, just be yourself. That's it. That's all. Eventually somebody will come along who will love everything about you. Whether you're a "bitch" or not.
So sick of books putting down other women and telling them or anyone how to act. This book also generalizes men. It makes them seem like they are all the same, which is completely false.
Honestly if you're looking for a good feminist read don't waste your time on this book. And if you're looking for relationship advice the only thing you need to do is be true to yourself.

زیرک یا پدرسوخته
من اگه قرار بود ترجمه اش کنم میگفتم زن پدرسوخته و اگه قرار بود عنوان کتاب رو هم من انتخاب کنم انتخابم این بود: چرا عاشق پدرسوخته ها می شویم؟
هوش یعنی تنوع در سازش اما تو علم روانشناسی هوش به زبان ساده یعنی پدرسوختگی. یعنی به میزانی که موجود پدرسوخته تر باشه احتمال بقاش بیشتره که البته این فارغ از جنسیت موجودمونه. تقریبا تمام ویژگی هایی که تو کتاب برای بیچ اومده ویژگی های تمام و کمال یک انسان تکامل یافته اس.نمیفهمم چرا نویسنده سعی داره موجودی که تحت عنوان بیچ تعریف کرده رو در قالب یک دختر ببینه. خود من عاشق پسری با اون ویژگی ها میشم قطعا. یکی از دیت های من سعی داشت به زوربشه کسی که من دوست داشتم، هرچی من سفارش میدادم اونم همونو می خواست از هرچی خوشم میومد اونم دیوانه ی اون بود قشنگ معلوم بود داره زجر می کشه ولی دست از تظاهر برنمیداشت. تنها چیزی که بهم گرهمون میزد علاقه اش به کتاب بود همیشه پشت ماشینش رو پر کتاب می کرد و من جدیدا که یادم میاد بعضی از کتابهایی که اون برام میاورد و دوست داشت بخونم تازه دلم میخواد بهش برگردم و بشناسمش. خلاصه اینکه نویسنده سعی داره بگه این کاراکتر فقط موردپسند آقایونه درست نیست.
نویسنده طی یک تحلیل برگشتی اومده یک انسان مستقل و قوی و باهوش و قاطع و بالغ و با اعتماد به نفس رو موشکافی کرده وحالا که ویژگی هاش رو شناسایی کرده از دخترا خواسته که با استفاده از این ویژگی ها و رفتارها تبدیل بشن به یک بیچ! خب مشکلی هم نداره چون تو دنیای امروز جواب میده. سلیقه ایه دیگه مثلا من ترجیحم هم��ن روش قدیمی و سخت که تبدیل به یک بیچ بشم تا بخوام اداشو دربیارم. تهش ترس اینکه طرفت بفهمه خودت نیستی از پا درت میاره.
کتاب بامزه ایه ولی خب من به شخصه کل زمانی که کتاب رو می خوندم حس می کردم نویسنده احمق فرضم کرده بس که به زور سعی داره هر پاراگراف رو به خاطر تجربه ی دوست و فک و فامیلش بهت ثابت کنه. حالا چون خاله خان باجی ایشون تجربه اش با فلانی نتیجه نداده قرار نیست کل عالم هم همون نتیجه رو ببینن. این تلاشش و تکرار هر مطلبش تو هر فصل به شدت رو مخه.
کوتاه سخن، بخونید یا نخونید زندگیتون به قبل خوندن یا بعد خوندنش تقسیم نمیشه ولی اگه وقت اضافی دارید و دنبال چیزی هستین که بخونید و بخندید و اینا بد نیست

The fact is, you're not supposed to read a book like this, let alone like it. When this book came recommended to me from a few members of a woman's group I belonged to at the time, skeptical wouldn't begin to describe what I thought. I mean, the title alone kind of wants to make you gag. Most men hate bitches, don't they? This book can't help you find, keep or get a man, right? Well, right. But I think that's the whole point of the book and possibly its beauty.
After a few chapters, you realize the book is more about you as a woman and being a strong woman who can sift through the nonsense some men spew, than it is about finding, dating and keeping a relationship. The one thing this book will teach any woman is to know that "you are all you need." Even if you already know this, it's a good thing to have confirmed. And knowing this, and truly believing it, is what will make a man love and respect you---according to Argov.
I say it's at least worth a look-see.

First of all, I do like one message from the book. It's to respect yourself and expect to be respected. The advice to not put up with bad behaviors is much needed considering many women do tolerate a lot of bad treatments in an attempt to find and keep a relationship. So one extra star for that.
Now, besides that, 2 scenarios will most likely happen for women religiously adhering to the book’s advice: 1/ they’ll attract an emotionally unavailable man who’s in it for the chase and eventually grow unhappy in the relationship 2/they’ll attract an emotionally available man, grow unhappy in the relationship, and then drive him away.
This book follows the premise that any quality man out there will want a lot of distance in the relationship, do not care or want intimacy, only in it for the chase, abhor any kind of communication, only show interest if you are completely independent and have no emotional needs, have a big ego that needs to be stroked constantly. This is a terribly flawed assumption, considering only 25% of the population actually acts like this. They're men with AVOIDANT attachment. Just look at adult attachment statistic. Men who are attracted to women following tactics advocated in this book most likely fall into this category.
Will you get a man following the advice of this book? Sure. Will he be a "quality guy" as the author claims in the book? Well, that depends how you define the term. A quality man is one who's considerate enough to call when he says he'll call, lets you know ahead if he can't make it to see you, discusses plans with you and actually wants to hear your opinions, makes you feel comfortable when you want know where you stand in the relationship, not afraid of intimacy, and actually wants to be close to you rather than keeping distance. I know because my partner is like this and he is neither atypical or a wuss. He’s basically a man with SECURE attachment style.
On the other hand, if you prefer a guy who does not want emotional intimacy, pays attention to you only when you ignore him, does not care about your needs unless you act aloof or fake not caring, Argov advocates just that.
The most detrimental aspect about the book is that it promotes distance and control through feigning aloofness, manipulation, and deception, which in the long run will just harm the relationship. Ask a happy couple what is required for a healthy relationship, and TRUST will inadvertently come up. So if you constantly have to hold back your concerns and use trickeries and withdrawal to get what you need, how is trust supposed to be built? The advice of this book works to attract men who feel uncomfortable with intimacy, those who much rather keep an emotional distance. Things might go well as first. But eventually the woman would just be left feeling more like a doormat because she would constantly have to keep her needs in check and resort to staying aloof or playing “dumb” just to get the point across. What happens to simple communication? And how is feigning aloofness throughout the whole relationship in order to attract and keep a man supposed to be empowering for women?
Furthermore, this book perpetuates the faulty notion that depending on others, even in love relationship, is bad. Throughout the whole book, Argov constantly reminds the woman to stay independent and cool, and not to show any emotional distress to her partner. In America and other Western countries, just the word "needy" and "dependent" can bring out intense shame in people. While I appreciate Argov’s assertion for women to respect themselves, her overemphasis on being independent might do more harm than good in the relationship. Our western society’s highly valued traits of self-reliance and independence do not translate well when applied to romantic relationships. I suspect this has something to do with the high divorce rates.
Humans do NEED each other to survive. We do DEPEND on each other. We’re called social animals for a reason. As a psychology student studying adult relationships and the brain, and I've read plenty of neurobiological and anthropological evidences that illustrate this concept. Couples report satisfaction WHEN they regularly RELY and GO to each other for support, physically and emotionally, even when problems arise within their own relationship. Couples establish a "bond" for a reason. A bond happens when people take care of one another, allow themselves to be vulnerable, and DEPEND on each other for support. Romantic partners are not just purely for "enhancement" as Argov claims. This perhaps is a another flawed assumption promoted in the book, to see partners as purely enhancement while suppressing emotional needs to attract and keep them.
Following this book's advice will attract the wrong men and drive away men who actually care about your physical and emotional well-being, and yes, the latter exist.

I picked up a used copy of this book as a gag gift, and my fascination with the intensive note-taking and underlining the previous owner had done in the copy lead me to read a good chunk of this book.
Of what I read the basic concepts are acceptable enough; women should value their dignity and not allow their suitors to take advantage of them. However, the idea that a woman with a backbone is a "bitch", and the idea that women must be manipulative to gain fair treatment in a relationship (as demonstrated through chapters like "Dumb Like a Fox: How to convince him he's in control while you run the show") does much more to reinforce negative perceptions of women and harm woman's perception of themselves then to empower women.

في العربي بقرأ بسرعة انما في الانجليزي اني سلحفاه ....الكتاب ده اخد معايا اكتر من اسبوع ومش بس اخد معايا وقت طويل بالرغم من حجمه الصغير لا وكمان كان بيرهقني جدا كل ما اخلص فصل مابين الورق والمترجم على اللابتوب صراحة عانيت هههههههه
وبالرغم انه يعتبر كتاب تنمية بشرية (من نوعية اعمل كذا عشان تبقى كذا ....على اساس اني معرفش يعني؟ مانا عارف بس مش عارف اعمل ) وبالرغم اني مابحبش ابدا كتب التنمية البشرية بس عشان اتشجع واقرا انجليزي كتاب كامل على بعضه قررت اقرا في حاجة تكون ممتعة بالنسبة لي عشان ما ارميش الكتاب من الشباك هههههههه

الكتاب بينقسم لــ 11 فصل
اول فصل:
بيوضح الفرق بين البنت الطيبة والبنت البيتش وفي اختبار صغير لبعض الاسئلة اجابتها بتحدد مدى عمق وتأصل الطيبة في البني ادمة اللي بتقرا واللي على اساسها تولع في نفسها وتنسى انها تحب وتتحب اصلا ولا في امل وكدة يعني ههههههههههه
في الفصل ده بيوضح معنى البنت الطيبة وازاي بيكون حبها ومجهوداتها في انها تعجب الباشا اللي معاها وقد ايه هو بيقرا اهتمامها ده غلط خالص خالص وبيكون ازاي الكلام اللي جواه بانه بيعتبرها شئ كدة في حياته موجود دايما وممل
طبعا الفصل كله ممكن اختصاره في كلمة واحدة التقل صنعة وازاي تتقلي لحد ما هو يجيلك وازاي تقابلي عدم اهتمامه بعدم اهتمام اكبر وازاي ماتتعبيش نفسك في انك تطبخيله وتقضي ساعات في المطبخ على اكلها هو حيلهطها في خمس دقايق ومش حيقدر اصلا خصوصا في بداية العلاقة يعني المفروض تعمليله اكل مش متعب في العمايل ولو مش عاجبه بالسلامة وتتركي الاكل المتعب للمناسبات الخاصة....وطبعا بيوضح ازاي البنت البيتش بتتصرف فبتخلي الراجل دايما مهبول وراها كدة.
الفصل التاني:
فيه كلام مشابه جدا للفصل اللي قبليه خليكي الفريسة والراجل يحب يحس انه الصياد الخ الخ ولو حصل عليكي بسرعة حيحس بالملل حيزهد فيكي وازاي تطولي في الوقت اللي تبقي فيه فريسة عشان تطولي استمتاعه وتحسسيه انه تعب عشان يحصل عليكي فيقدرك ....يعني يبوز ولا تعبريه اضربي البوز انتي كمان مش تسالي مثلا ايه مالك بتفكر في ايه...حسيتي انه مش مهتم او مش معبر اديله الطرشة كدة يعني....نظام ولا فكك مني :D وطبعا ماتتصليش بيه كتير ومش كل ما يتصل تردي عليه على طول لازم تحسسيه انك مش مستنية اتصاله وجو الافورة دي
ولما يكون متضايق وراح لكهفه سيبيه في كهفه والعبي انتي بعيد وطز فيه لحد ما يطلع
الفصل التالت:
ده فصل غربي شوية لانه بيناقش انه مفروض البنت ماتقبلش العلاقة الجسدية مع الراجل في الاول وتفضل تماطل عشان تحسسه أنه كسب جايزة في الاخر وفي نفس الوقت ما تهتمش بغزله وحبه في البداية لانه كله مجرد طريقة ووسيلة لنيلها المهم يستمر على ده بعد ما ينالها فبيقول للمراة ما تصدقيش اي اهتمام منه لحد النقطة دي وماتتوغليش في مشاعرك ناحيته
طبعا بيتكلم عن اللبس والتصرفات والانوثة والاهتمام بالنفس وبيقول انه مش لازم تلبسي حاجة خليعة بالعكس كل ما تكون بسيطة بتكون افضل....وماتحاوليش تزوديها ولا تمثلي حاجة زيادة مش فيكي.
الفصل الرابع :
الفصل ده شرقي اوي ههههههه خليه يحس انه هو المتحكم او هو الراس الكبيرة في حين انك الرقبة اللي بتحركه والكلام ده وحسسيه انه المسؤل وبتاع وهو حيعملك اللي انتي عايزاه وحركي جزاه مشاعر الحماية وماتبينيش انك تقدري تعملي كل حاجة عشان ما يفقدش اهتمامه بيكي حسسيه انك محتاجاه عشان يحس انه له لزمة ياعيني
الفصل الخامس:
الفصل ده بيتكلم عن المراة لما تحب اوي وتتحول لامراة متطلبة...بيناقش فيه انه مش لازم تعاتبي الراجل يعني هو لما يعمل غلط ابعدي عنه او واجهيه بالصمت والبرود او عاقبيه بالتصرفات لان الراجل مش بيستجيب للكلام بيستجيب للتصرفات ومش بيستجيب للكلام بيستجيب للتجاهل...ونظام بقى ماتهتميش بيه وماتخليهوش هو محور اهتمامك ومصدر سعادتك دوري على سعادة تانية براه عشان لما يفشل في اسعادك ولا يزعلك وبتاع...وماتبينيش انه رقم واحد في حياتك بلعكس لو عندك ميعاد هايف وهو كان عايز يقابلك الغي مقابلتك معاه عشان الميعاد الهايف عشان يحس انك بتفضلي الهيافة على انك تقابليه....بيناقش ان المراة الطيبة بتبذل مجهود في العلاقة عشان تسعد الرجل لدرجة انها بتنسى تسعد نفسها
الفصل السادس:
المراة لما تحس انها بقت شئ مسلم بيه في حياة الرجل وقد ايه الموضوع ده مؤلم وكدة....بتشرح الكاتبة ان الموضوع ده بيجي من تكرار الروتين وان الست لازم مثلا لو حبيبها او جوزها بيجي البيت مش لازم كل مرة يرجع يلاقيها مفروض مرة او مرتين يرجع مايلاقيهاش ويفضل يتساءل هي الولية راحت فين ده نوع من كسر الروتين واثارة اهتمام الرجل...بتشرح في الفصل ازاي الراجل بيحول اي حوار فيه هو غلطان الى ان الغلط على الست وازاي الست تهرب من النقطة دي وتتغلب عليها....لو بانت محتاجاه عاطفيا حيقعد ويدلدل رجليه ولو بانت مسيطرة على عواطفها ومش معبراه حيبقى قلقان ومتوتر
النكتة انها بتقولك لو هو وحشك انتظري بعد مرور يوم وقوليله وماتقوليلوش انه وحشك لما يكون لسة سايبك من ساعة او اتنين (على اساس ان الشوق عندي بتايمر!)
الفصل السابع:
في الفصل ده بيشرح ان المراة دايما بتحس ان الراجل ما بيحسش وبتشرح ان طبيعة شخصية الراجل انه بيكره الجزء العاطفي ومش ميال للافلام العاطفية عشان كدة ومش بيحب العياط والحاجات دي...ولما بيتكلم مع صديقه مش بيكلمه في الجزء العاطفي ده نهائي فهو طبيعته كدة والموضوع ده بيخنقه فازاي الواحد يكلمه بنفس طريقة الولاد اللي مفيهاش عاطفة دي من غير ما تبقى مسترجلين.....زي ازيك ياااض وكدة يعني....وازاي العلاقة بين الرجل والمراة بتتحول لوظيفة من وجهة نظر الراجل مع انه كان في الاول معتبرها متعة وكدة....وبتقول في الفصل ده ان الراجل بيتعمد التقل في بداية العلاقة لانه بيخاف يحس ان في امراة سيطرت عليه وعلى تصرفاته ومشاعره...فبيحاول يبين لنفسه انه عادي يعني فالمفروض المراة ماتاخدش الموضوع ده على نفسها....ففي الفصل ده بتقولك ازاي توقفيه عند حده وتدافعي عن حقوقك بدون ما تتنازلي عنها عشان ما تتضايقيهوش او ماتبقيش غتتة لا خليكي صارمة في حقوقك بس بذوق (ماتفهمش ازاي)
الفصل الثامن:
بتتكلم فيه عن الجزء المادي في العلاقة...وده فصل مربك شوية لانه غربي جدا....بس فيه منه اجزاء تمشي عندنا ....يعني ملخص الكلام ان المراة اللي موضوعة تحت رحمة الرجل ماديا حيعاملها على انها خادمة او تابع....وفي نفس الوقت هي بتشت��ل زيها زيه فالمفروض تساعد في المصاريف مقابل انه يساعد في شغل البيت ويربي العيال عادي زيه زيها...وطبعا بتتفه من نوعية المراة اللي بتحب تقوم هي بالبيت وتترك العمل للزوج وانا ضد الفكرة دي صراحة لكن مع جدا ان الراجل فعلا بيستغل الموضوع ده
الفصل التاسع:
الفصل ده بيقولك بدل ما تقوليله ركز عليا ركزي على نفسك وفكك منه....وبيني انك مهتمة بحاجات كتير اكتر منه عادي وماتلغيش حاجات كان نفسك تعمليها عشان تبقي معاه لا ممكن تلغيه هو عشان مايحسش ان معندكيش حياة غيره
وان الراجل مش بيحترم البنت اللي عندها استعداد تعمل اي حاجة عشان تسعده بيحس انها خلاص بقت تحت رحمته وبيزهد فيها...
الفصل العاشر:
بشكل رئيسي بينصح المراة انها تسيطر على مشاعرها على الاخر وتحطها في تلاجة وتبعدها تماما عن التصرفات...

الفصل الحادي عشر:
ماتقوليش موافقة على طول وخليكي بيتش...مع بعض التصرفات المكتوبة عن البيتش...
وبكدة يكون خلص الكتاب....بشكل عام هو كتاب كويس بيخلي البنت تعرف ازاي تدي الراجل على قفاه في اول العلاقة بس في ملحوظة مهمة جدا ان نوعية الراجل اللي بتنفع معاه التصرفات دي مش نوعية الراجل اللي انا بدور عليها
انا مش بادور على راجل اكون معاه بتش...انا بدور على راجل افوز بقلبه بطبيعتي الطيبة باهتمامي حتى لو اهتمام مبالغ فيه مش بادور على راجل لازم احاسب وانا باقوله وحشتني....لحسن يفهم اني مدلوقة عليه....انا بدور على راجل قبل ما اقوله وحشتني يكون هو قالهالي....انا شايفة ان الحب الحقيقي ابسط من كدة بكتير وبيجي بطرق ابسط وبشكل مباشر اكتر من اللعب واللف والدوران ده كله
ليه ابين للراجل انه رقم اتنين وتلاتة واربعة عندي عشان احسسه ان عندي حياة لما ممكن ا��ينله الحقيقة انه فعلا رقم واحد عندي ولكن اختار كويس الراجل اللي يفهم يعني ايه هو رقم واحد عندي ويقدر..

مش عايزة راجل علاقته مرهقة لذاتي بالشكل ده....عايزة راجل يكون الوحيد اللي مش محتاجة امثل عشان اعجبه او احافظ على اهتمامه وحبه....لاني مضطرة امثل على كل اللي حواليا....عايزاه هو يكون الوحيد اللي شايف حقيقتي ومتقبلها وبيحبها ومحتاجها

به نصفه نرسیده سردرد گرفتم از این همه کلیشه جنسیتی و کوته بینی نویسنده. ترجمه فارسی هم موجوده. متاسفانه.

کتاب بر این اصل نوشته شده که زن باید ناز بکنه تا مرد حس نیاز به او داشته باشه و دنبالش کنه در غیر این صورت جذابیتش رو از دست میده! همه ی مردها رو جوری توصیف کرده که منتظر هستن ببینن زن چگونه رفتار میکنه که به آنی تغییر رفتار بدن.
نویسنده حتی متوجه نیست که ویژگی های شخصیتی اصلا جنسیتی نیستن. به همون اندازه که مردهایی هستن که با کلیشه ناز کردن زن موافقن، مردهایی بیزار از این ماجرا و حتی برعکس اون رو داریم. این ها رو نمیشه برچسب زد رو همه زن ها و همه مردها. هر رابطه دارای دو آدم متفاوته که لزوما طبق قانونی که این نویسنده و خیلی افراد دیگه گذاشتن رفتار نمیکنن.

نویسنده حتی متوجه نیست که ویژگی های شخصیتی اصلا جنسیتی نیستن. به همون اندازه که مردهایی هستن که با کلیشه ناز کردن زن موافقن، مردهایی بیزار از این ماجرا و حتی برعکس اون رو داریم. این ها رو نمیشه برچسب زد رو همه زن ها و همه مردها. هر رابطه دارای دو آدم متفاوته که لزوما طبق قانونی که این نویسنده و خیلی افراد دیگه گذاشتن رفتار نمیکنن.

I thought this book was extremely depressing.
I will say the first chapters are all about self confidence. Don’t chase a man, don’t drop your plans, put your own needs first, don’t lose yourself falling for a stranger, don’t put yourself down, invest in your career hobbies and friends, keep your sense of humor alive, don’t act out of fear or insecurity. The book talks a lot about the excuses we make for people we care for when they don’t reciprocate- so that’s where that second star is coming from.
But I’m a naturally open, brutally honest person. I pride myself on wearing my heart on my sleeve, which is certainly a turn off to many people, nevermind men. This trait alone the book considers a kiss of death. In order to look out for my priorities and happiness, I have to shut up. I have to be funny, and charming, classy but kinky, challenging but not aggressive, aggressive but not too independent (at least once I’ve nabbed the sucker). Secure and ready to walk off in a moment- that’s what it takes to keep a man. And the book repeated over and over, you’re not acting secure to get a man, you’re acting secure because it’s what’s good for you- and it just so happens that’s what men want.
But in so many places the author advised flat out deception and manipulation, while insisting that’s not what she was advocating. Comparing men to seals clapping their fins for salmon (salmon being sex, obviously) was discouraging. Framing men as brutes, incapable of intelligent conversation or of discussing ~feelings~ without fainting from boredom, doesn’t make me want to be with anyone. Of course, she does take a moment to point out that any man who describes himself as a feminist is likely to quit his job and take up residence on the couch while you support him. Seriously.
The whole goal of this book is to find a man who will treat you with respect. Which is great! But there never seemed to be…well, anything about love. It seemed to be about how to behave, to get people to behave- and then you have a “successful’ relationship, whatever that means. I have to wonder if the author expects anyone to honestly communicate ever, or is it all just maneuvering to make sure you get what you deserve? And that anyone who does come to you with honesty isn’t coming to you with honesty at all. There’s assholes who treat you like badly and who you can manipulate, and assholes you treat you well and who aren’t worth your time. Or something. Sherry just knows one type of man, and he’s essentially an animal that needs to be trained.
Be aloof. Break off contact (over and over, possibly the main point is “men don’t respond to words, they respond to no contact”). Never need him. Most of all, never be needy. It’s another kiss of death to show a man how much you care for him. Whether you do or don’t, you better work to hide it, and work at not wanting him so bad, because that makes you an empowered, independent woman. She refers to romantic relationships as business transactions. Everyone has to bring something to the table, and your crazy woman emotions are certainly not an asset.
Peppered in-between every extreme statement that makes you lose faith in humanity, is a statement to counter balance it all. She’s not saying treat him like dirt- appreciate him subtly, with a level head, more than anything- strategically. I was exhausted just imagining living a life constructed around making all the right decisions when interacting with someone who at any minute might become a selfish, self-serving asshole who would stop at nothing to take advantage of me. The worst part is, she seems to think men can’t help it. It’s their predatory, aggressive nature. And if we’re going to get along, we have to show we’re equals without letting on what tricks we’re using.
I used the advice in the first half of the book, and got a rather good result. Then proceeded to hate the human race for the next week because if this does work, I just have no faith anymore. None. The fella in question can go to hell. I remember once, one of my friends told me that she'd been in a Ndwah held by Dr. Sana Abed. And as Dr. Sana always concern with girls' issues, problems and relationships, she advised all the girls to read this book. To say the truth, I was shocked. How come someone like her recommends such a horribly entitled book?!! ……. But now after I read it, I figured out that she just made a very important recommendation and MARVELOUS as well.

It's one of those how-to-win-your-man books, but it takes a totally different track. Instead of the regular romantic tips and advises or how to look hot and pretty, Sherry Argov came up with a "focus on your life" theory.
The book is like MORE THAN fantastic. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 out of 5 is that since this book is written according to certain society types, in many places you'll find yourself flipping pages and thinking "ok , I have nothing to do with this….. nor that……I won't be in such a situation". But still since it digs up in relationships issues, you still benefit an awful lot.
I really fell for this author. For me, she is the most amazing nonfiction author until now. I loved her hilarious chit-chatty writing style with her sense of humor. She had me at hello, I just started reading the book yesterday, and I ended up finishing 9 chapters in one sitting. I believe many women didn't like her argument because it's kinda harsh. She is like someone who says the awful truth in your face and when you dare to take a defensive situation she slaps that face.

6 stars! A 100% honest book... Definitely worth keeping!
I first picked up this book attracted by the intriguing title. So how does Sherry Argov define a bitch?
Qualities which define a bitch:
1. The biggest variable between a bitch and a woman who is too nice is fear. The bitch shows that she’s not afraid to be without him.
2. If the choice is between her dignity and having a relationship, the bitch will prioritize her dignity above all else.
3. Whether a girl has terms and conditions indicates whether she has options. Almost immediately, she presents herself as a doormat or a dream girl.
It isn't that she is advising women to play tricks or be cruel. It's just that she feels(and I agree) that most relationship problems arise because men do not understand the worth of their partners. Once you give in, they start taking you for granted, simply because they miss the chase. And that's the problem that she addresses. How to always keep him guessing(and the mystery quotient high), and correct him firmly if you feel he's stepping out of his line. No nagging, no whining. Because that SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK. Men either phase out, or get defensive, or altogether start ignoring you. And which girl would want that?
THE MANTRA:
Busy yourself with things you enjoy doing. If he can't give you a time, don't give him a date. Don't fret if he does not call. Either he's doing so because he knows you wouldn't mind(i.e he does not value your concern) or he wants to give out the vibes that he's not THAT INTO YOU! Well, play it cool girl. In either case, he'll come back if he realizes that he could lose your company if he does not make an effort! A woman looks more secure in a man’s eyes when he can’t pull her away from her life, because she is content with her life.
So, love yourself, before you set out to love someone else. And don’t be afraid to stand up for yourself or speak your mind. It will not only earn his respect, in some cases it will even turn him on. Fly high. Be a DREAMGIRL!

I started reading this book while I was going through a rough patch in my relationship, and I'm plain disgusted by the contents of the book.
Here's a gist of the book: 'If you are a hard-working, sincere, honest-to-God, monogamous, affectionate, wear-your - heart-on-your-sleeve kind of person, who values relationships, you're a NICE girl. If you are a shrewd person who knows how to get the better of other person in any relationship, by means of lies, manipulation, deception, hot/cool attitudes, and other power plays, then you are a BITCH.
The author repeatedly urges you to transition from Nice Girl to BITCH, so that you may finally have your shot at love. She has sat down with so many men & boys of all ages to gain insight and help her sisterhood through these relationship mind-games. And in case, you are naive enough to not take her word for 'what men love', she'll directly quote them and turn you into a believer.
Towards the end of the book, there is even an appendix of "Sherry's Attraction Principles" which just reminded me how much of a waste this book was.... The horrible advice, definitely fake quotes, the constant stories about power playing in relationships... It was just too much bullshit.
I'm shocked that there exists a sequel to this: WHY MEN MARRY BITCHES! Ladies and gentlemen, you don't need to read either of these 2 books to understand why SOME men love/marry bitches, I'll tell you right now:
Because it TAKES ONE TO KNOW ONE, and no one else will put up with either of them

This book is great advice for any women are are pushovers. I think it's geared for those women, so that's why the book's content can seem so extreme and harsh. But before people pass judement on the book, the author Sherry Argov, points out from the beginning what she really means by the work 'Bitch' within the content of her book. She says NO woman should be what most people picture when they think of a bitch: abrassive, bad attitude, ungrateful, mean, etc... What Sherry means by the word bitch, is a woman who is independent, doesn't give up her interests or her life for anyone, doesn't compromise things that she values, stands up for herself when someone tries to take advantage of her, and doesn't take bullshit from anyone. The 'bitch' is the woman who has confidence, is comfortable and perfectly happy with who she is, and says 'This is who I am, either you like it, or you don't. Take it or leave it.' She is definitly still VERY nice and respectful to people, and handles herself very maturely with consideration towards others.
I feel that there are a lot of woman out there who suffer from low self-esteem, and maybe they'll be positively influenced by reading this book. Too many of those low self-esteem woman will pretend to be stupid, or give up their friends, the gym, or any other interest - because she's madly in love and is afraid if she still takes the time to do her own thing and doesn't spend 100% of her time with a man, he will somehow lose interest and leave.
Just be who you are, and he'll take you or leave you. So what if he leaves? Why would you want someone who doesn't want you?? And seriously, don't give up your life's passions, your values, or your dignity for ANYONE.
As much as I liked the book, one particular bit of advice that I thought was ridiculous: "Don't kill a bug, change a light bulb, or fix anything around the house in front of him because it will make him feel inferior" Ok, I wouldn't call myself a Ms. Fix It but I can definitely handle some tools. I have a motorcycle that I have worked on myself, and I can change my own car's oil and tires. This goes back to the being yourself part: He'll either love you, or he wont.' My boyfriend thinks it's really sexy that I can be handy and that I ride motorcycles. Everyone's different, and you can't generalize between the genders too much.
I do have to say that there are a few moments in the book that I don't agree with. In certain sections, I felt the author encouraged too much game-playing that is on the verge of manipulating a man. I have to say that women need to be honest. Dont play games. Be communicative - guys arn't mind readers. Of course, in dealing with people (and I mean anyone, not just a man), you sometimes have to say things in a certain way, with certain timing, or tone of voice. That's called people skills, and not game playing - we all do it, and you'd be lying if you said it is never necessary or it's wrong. Employ the people skills you need, as long as you're goal is for the relationship to be positive, reciprocal, and happy on BOTH sides, not just for you to get what you want.
Overall though, it was a great read, with (mm...for the most part) great advice to encourage woman to be strong and smart!

Although this book contains some good advice, handy tips and plenty of focus on self-worth, it has one fault that prevents it from covering all bases. The author's theories all work on the premise of traditional gender roles. There is a lot of focus on the alpha male stereotype, and throughout the book the idea that all women have the same goals in a relationship is prevalent.
Not everybody fits into the author's polar presentations of male and female. She draws a lot from anecdotal evidence, and so too shall I: I am a woman, and I love the thrill of a chase. There is a whole section devoted to why women ought not to act as the initiator, which I personally found disheartening. Although the title suggests a forward thinking, liberal attitude towards relationships, this book was very conservative.
Finally, what bothered me most was the "dumb fox" theory - in short, that women should pretend the men in their lives are the ones with the authority whilst achieving their own goals in a sneaky or subtle manor. That is entirely the wrong message to send out to women, young or old. It contradicts the notions of pride and independence found elsewhere in the book.

كتاب لا بأس به في بعض المواضع. يوضح الفرق بين المرأة المضحية في العلاقة والمرأة المتمكنة والمستقلة حيث تأتي تحت مسمى "العاهرة" في هذا الكتاب، والتي لم أجدها تسمية موفقة. لا أعرف المنطلق الذي استندت عليه المترجمة لترجمة المرأة المستقلة والمتمكنة بالعاهرة..!! علي القول أنني وقعت في فخ العنوان؛ حيث كان توقعي شيء، وجاء الكتاب بشيء مختلف كلياً.
مأخذي على هذا الكتاب أنه رغم وجود بعض النصائح الجيدة لكيفية التصرف في العلاقات، إلا أنني شعرت وكأنه من جملة الكتب التي تأتي ضمن عناوين "كيف تكسبين زوجاً في خمس خطوات".. هذا النوع من الكتب ليس من النوع الذي يستهويني وأجده تجارياً بحتاً..

stupid, condescending, waste of time and energy. I really do not understand what people see in this book. I found it to be very offensive to women and stopped reading it when the advice given was to act as helpless as possible; act as though you can't even change a light bulb. Ugh!

السؤال: لو عندنا مقياس من ١ ل١٠، ليه ال١٠ اللي البنت اللطيفة قدمتها في الأول ماكنش ليها نفس تأثير ال٣ اللي البنت القادرة قدمتها قدام؟

Was this written in the 1950s? The author claims women should assert themselves and be independent and self-confident, but the catch is that in order to do that, women must please their men, the ultimate, gag-inducing crux of the book. It's riddled with contradictions, eye-roll worthy quotes from what men want in a woman, stereotypes, cliches and layered in sexism disguised as relationship help. While there are some pieces of good advice here and there, and overall the intentions *seems* good, this is a difficult read to get through if you truly do understand what it's like to be a woman in American society.
There is no room for individuality here. Both men and women are presented as poorly drawn, obnoxious caricatures of heteronormative gender roles. You know, the kind of men who hate "chick flicks", "feelings" and "girlie shit". Give me a fucking break.
Avoid this one.
