Surprisingly good.
This book spoils the ending in the title. The one thing revolves around the idea that humans aren't designed to multitask. It has a nice layout, each chapter ends with "Big Ideas" section, which almost summarise the chapter, which wasn't long, to begin with. The whole book is short and an easy read. I'm sure most people can read it in one sitting, although I read it in four days to make it stick. I will read it again in 2017, and maybe even in 2018. This isn't a book you read and forget. You should read it until you know the concept by heart.
I'm gonna spoil the book and not even feel bad about it, repeat this sentence a thousand times:
"What is the One Thing I can do such that by doing it, everything else would be easier or unnecessary?"
This is what this book is all about. But even knowing it, you should still read the book. It has some nice ideas, and some useful tips on how to do what it suggests. And most of the ideas are backed by science! Only one chapter is under suspicion, and I could only find one instance that the book stated something that was wrong, which wasn't even relevant to the message it was trying to convey.
It is an easy read, it has good tips on how to manage your priorities, it is backed by science, it can actually help you make a change in your life. read it.

"تا اینجا که خیلی جالب بوده. خیلی رفتار هام بر اساس گفته های این کتاب اشتباهه.
البته کتاب یه اشتباه کوچیک داشت سر مولتیتسکینگ کامپیوتر ها. اما بقیه اش به نظر بر اساس تحقیقات علمیه. پیشنهاد می کنمش."
