Gorgeous book from a talented author!
15-year-old Cuban American Mari's father is running for president. She starts learning things about her father that break the pedestal she had created for him. In the process Mari finds her own voice and fights for her own beliefs. Sylvester's writing is genuine, funny and beautifully written.
