I'm totally biased because I've had this book since I was twelve, probably, and because I've read it at least half a dozen times. I'm rereading the entire series before #5 comes out in May. I can understand how the pace, especially in the first half, is slow for some readers, but Gen's narration makes rereading and finding clues a pleasure. Absolutely one of my favorites! ...more
